Excellent service and prompt delivery. Product is just what we needed for colleagues who had difficulty wearing face masks.

The package was not complete. Bits are missing. Very disappointed

I ordered from.this company in late October.they said item had been delivered. I sent email in late nov reprtingbit had not been delivered and they sent a tracking no showing it had and to check with reception in my.place of work. I never received hi visor visor and checked with secretary after school opened on nov 6th. They never replied when I sent 2nd email saying I had definitely not received it at delivery address. I asked to be called and gave a mobile number. They never called me and received no more responses re my request for a refund. Spent 50 UK pounds and whatever that converted to in euros. No customer service number on website so cannot contact them at all. Feel very hard done by as was only my 2nd time ever doing online purchase on my life as was willing to try the product to try and stay safe in my school.

The delivery was a bit late, but I did order over the holiday period.
Otherwise product is very well designed and should prove useful and safe for my work.

Great product - very comfortable and I feel really safe when wearing it.

This product is good but I have fully soaped my visor inside and it still sort of fogs up a little. The moisture from my breath does gather on the screen and causes drops on the inside of the visor. It's very easy to assemble, it's comfortable and I definitely feel safer wearing it. The only downside is the drops of moisture running down the inside of the visor. However I still wear it and have added more soap to the inside to try and help this issue. Fast delivery. I would recommend this product.

Great idea. My face was breaking down from working all the time with a mask on. This was great because it left my face a bit of air. I was also able to talk to my patients and they could see my facial expressions or if they were hard of hearing could read my lips. The only criticisms I would have is the price and the durability of the sponde element at the forehead. I have worn it for 3 days now and I worry that the sponge element is already breaking down. Maybe a soft rubber band across the forehead would work better, especially for the price as it's hardly the price of something you would deem disposable

Very happy with my purchase. No more mask in the work place. It’s light, easy to set up and giving good protection. Simple to keep clean. Will definitely recommend.

Great design. Used by myself for hospital appointments with my son (with SEND and clinically extremely vulnerable) so he can recognise me and if needed lip read. Easy to clean and use.

I had high hopes-the concept and idea is great. The reflection in the shield is hard to work with. As a hairdresser I found it really distracting and had to take it off to cut hair as the reflection was right in my line of sight. I have tried to get used to it but as it was starting to effect my work I’ve had to go back to a bloc shield unfortunately.

I am really pleased with my Hiviso purchase. I keep it in the car so I know I always have a face covering with me no matter where I go. It is very light and comfortable to wear, and it can be worn again and again.
The best thing about my Hiviso is the quality of the visor itself, particularly in relation to field of vision. I can see all around me as normal, and it is clear to see through. in fact, I could read a book through it if I wanted to :-D :-D
