Great for finding candidates
It is a really nice to use platform which allows you to setup search a library of CVs that candidates have uploaded and given permissions to search.
Really easy to navigate and find the right candidate for your job, and you can have screening questions to filter out candidates that don't fit what you are looking for and can be ranked based on their scores on your questions.
The fact that candidates can set job alerts up means when you post your job it gets emailed out to lots of potential applicants so you can find the right person for you!
