Hire Cars in Spain Recenzje

Having spent time to find the right hire car package for my party, I noticed that the wrong date ( one day later ) had been sent in one of the many letters sent to them. This resulted in an increase from : 955.41 euros to : 3774.87 euros.
For another enquiry I asked if they could find a deal similar to the one quoted @ £308 which at first they seemed positive about but then said they were unable. I then went back online and after 15 mins concluded a car hire the same for £270.
Don't allow them to waste your time there are far better out there.
Since then Martin states he made a 'Genuine' mistake but fails to define which one. Is it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th ? He concludes as though it was he who found the errors as if to extract some level of praise when the stark reality is that he failed to observe and act on the initial request given more than a month previous no doubt leaving me in a situation of reduced choice and increased prices. A GENUINE TIME WASTER.
To ask for further information at this stage is an insult. The very first letter I sent detailed the number, gender and age of the drivers to be quoted for. The response from Martin was a quotation that I qualified with him. Only when I pointed out the date error did the tone change and the price escalated 400% with no hint of an apology. He is now trying to further waste my time in order to convince Trustpilot and others that what I am saying is not genuine and that he has not been made aware of all the requirements. Totally untrue.

Our go to company for all car hire. They go out of their way to provide a more personal service. Martin and his dad always very helpful and available

I recently had an amazing experience booking a car rental in Australia through hirecarsinspain.com. From start to finish, the process was flawless. Martin, our contact at the company, secured us a fantastic deal and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend hirecarsinspain.com to anyone looking to book a rental car. With their excellent service and seamless pick up process, they made our trip in Australia truly memorable.

We've been hiring cars regularly during our trips to Spain for the past 20 years, I have to say that 'Hire Cars in Spain' are the best company by a long shot. UK based, very professional and their customer service and communication is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have used Hire Cars in Spain many items , always great service. Yesterday , was exceptional, I returned to my hire care after a visit to the Botanical Gardens in Malaga only to find I had a flat tyre… Malaga Car.com were great , very helpful and reassuring , within an hour I had a replacement car.. same make and model and with a full tank of petrol… highly recommended

Just had an email from Hire cars in Spain with sound & very relevant advice, thank you Martin & team for another good example of "customer care", a dying culture elsewhere!

Amazing service from Martin…and out of hours! Will only be using them for all future bookings. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

Used Hire Cars in Spain for the 3rd time and have always found the experience excellent and straightforward.

Having used Hire Cars in Spain prior to the pandemic, I recently used them again for our first trip post pandemic - and I was thrilled to see that the first class level of service these guys provide has not changed. A good, clear website which is backed up by clear, patient communication on the phone or via email. On top of that, RecordGo in Menorca were equally straight forward and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, any queries where dealt with promptly.pleasure to do business with will definitely use them again. Many thanks.

Once again, first class customer service! Always contactable by phone and exceptionally helpful. Goldcar were also hassle free. Very pleasant experience!

Martin at Hire cars in Spain was amazing could nt have made the process any easier . The quality of the car and the service was exemplary will definitely use them again . Kim UK .

I posted a positive interim review on June 28 about experience of booking and now, having completed the rental, I still have nothing but praise. The entire process including pick up and return was seamless. Malagacar the rental company was great, and special thanks to their employee, Rosa, who handled return of the car. She was charming and helpful with tips on how best to get into town (since I wasn’t flying out that day). As it was my first time driving in Spain and, for me, from Australia, on the ‘wrong’ side of the road, I was a little apprehensive at first. But with Martin’s help and the efficiency of Malagacar it was a stess-free and fun experience. Five stars all round!

This is probably my fifth use of HCS; brilliant outfit: warm, friendly, well-informed and always seem to find a good deal... Quite honestly I know I don't need to shop around for a good/better deal, because HCS will already have it!

Yet another super-easy experience with Martin at HCIS this time in the UK, with Europcar out of Newcastle Airport. No fuss, no hassle

Martin at Hire Cars in Spain came to my assistance as I needed an automatic car and wanted to pay by debit card with no extras added on.
He took care of it so I'm all set to go on Monday.
Thank you so much.

Booked again with hire cars in Spain and again having agreed the price was informed by Martin when paperwork was sent that the price had reduced. Excellent service and have recommended them to friends

I must say that dealing with Martin and his Dad, Gordon is always so refreshing and easy. I spoke with him a couple of days ago to chat about HCIS's 'gap' insurance, regarding our forthcoming trip to Lanzarote. The last time we used HCIS was for our Malaga trip at Christmas. We hired a fully insured seven-seater. I was nervous that it might not work out, but I shouldn't have been. As ever, everything was as it should've been, including vehicle type, pick-up details, premium and fuel policy. I recommend HCIS to everyone I speak with. Cheers - Carl & Rachel.

Very professional very helpful grate advice no hassles.
Had a problem with record go, this company sorted it all out for me
