Sono estremamente delusa dall'esperienza con questo sito. Ho ordinato un cappello di pelle da uomo il 2 marzo 2026 e ho ricevuto il prodotto dopo quasi un mese. Purtroppo, la qualità è pessima e il prodotto ha un odore di umido insopportabile.
Il prezzo era altissimo rispetto alla qualità del prodotto, e ho scoperto che lo stesso articolo è venduto a prezzi molto più bassi su altri siti come Temu o Shein. Ciò che è peggio è che il sito non sembrava cinese, aveva un aspetto professionale e sembrava legittimo.
*ATTENZIONE:* Questo sito è una truffa! Non ordinate nulla da qui, vi pentirete amaramente. I prodotti sono di bassa qualità e il servizio clienti è inesistente. Non fatevi ingannare dall'apparenza, è solo una facciata.

I bought a jacket. I ordered 3XL. They sent a 4XL, and it was pretty poor quality for $95. They refused to allow me to send back for an exchange. Indeed they told me that they had sent the correct thing and that it was my fault. I have the receipt from them saying 3XL and I sent them a photograph of the 4XL sticker on the jacket they sent me.

I don’t think they’re from America by the looks of their English either. They did send it quickly, but the website wasn’t very good and I am unhappy with their return policy, particularly seem as it was their mistake and they refuse to acknowledge this.

This business model is a scam. It promotes incorrectly described clothes that turn out to be cheap rubbish. However, they refuse to refund more than 30-60% - if you are lucky to get any refund at all. In the meantime, they expect you to pay to pst back to China or the USA. It is a cynical ploy to sell cheap Chinese polyester rubbish at quality cotton prices.

I am very happy and satisfied with the whole process of my order.
The team in USA was very helpful as I am in London.

I was kept well informed throughout the delivery status.

I was bit apprehensive as I had not ordered anything on line outside UK.
And now with this company I have the confidence to purchase more stuff as I see they are reliable, helpful, caring and honest company.

Ordered a jacket that took ages to come. When it arrived the quality was horrendous, zip didn’t work and buttons had fallen off.
I imediately contacted them and did all the correct measures to return the jacket.
They tried everything under the sun to convince me to keep the jacket. Even offered 50% refund ( which I refused ) I was eventually given the return address.
The post office wanted to charge me £32.00 postage. The jacket was £65 to buy and I certainly had lost faith that I would receive my refund. I wasn’t prepared to spend an extra £32 on a faulty item.
So I begrudgingly accepted the 50% refund as they refused to cover the return postage.
They are an awful company with no morals. Churning out extremely poor quality items.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this site. My order, placed 2 weeks ago, has apparently been delivered to an address in another country. The only response I’ve had so far is a dodgy looking screen shot from a delivery company. I suspect I’ve lost my money to a scam. AVOID!

I want to rate a 0! I was totally disappointed with the purchase if a track suit for my husband. I even ordered a size larger just in case. He is 6'2" and it is still too short. Emailed their support for dissatisfaction and all I get is the run around. What happened to 100% satisfaction? SCAM
