Highfield Plumbing and Heating Recenzje

Excellent company, professional & friendly. On time & very clean work - highly recommended

Whilst i may be a terrible customer at times this company has been very patient toward me - the service of this company is amazing and professional - they have had to order part and informed me of date to fix - very happy with server 10/10

Initial contact with Sarah was really good and we were able to get an appointment that suited our needs. On the day of the work itself, Felix arrived within the stated time slot and wasted no time in getting to work on the problem, although we'd identified an issue over the phone, he was able to think on his feet when it turned out to be something else. He was thorough in his work and polite throughout, would recommend for any jobs you may have.

Felix came to do the job. He arrived promptly with an excellent set of tools. Was pleasant and polite and did a great and very professional job.
I am very impressed with this company. Pricing was fair and everything carried out as promised.I would hire this company again given the success I had with them this first time.

Excellent service and first class communication. Felix was extremely helpful and informative about our issue. He arrived on time and kept me informed of everything he was doing during his visit. Which is now hopefully resolved.

Very professional. Good time keeping.

I rang Highfield who had a slot just 2 days later to exchange a leaking shower. Felix duly arrived, was very pleasant from the offset and did an excellent job and cleaning after. Everything was perfect. Felix is a credit to Highfield, good at his job, very pleasant and polite throughout.

Job was delivered in a very slick and efficient manner. Thank you.

We recently had a leak from one of our radiator pipes under the upstairs floorboards, which caused water to run down the kitchen wall. It also meant we were constantly having to top up the pressure in our new boiler. Martin from Highfield Plumbing and Heating came out and, within just half an hour, had the issue identified and fixed. Since then, the boiler has been running perfectly with no further problems. We’ve had great service from Highfield ever since they originally installed our boiler. They’ve always been reliable, professional, and helpful—and they reassured us that if we have any more issues, we shouldn't hesitate to get in touch. It’s great to have a local company you can trust. Highly recommended.

Felix understood straight away what the problem was regarding our shower and has done his best to fix it. He has done a great job and left it clean afterwards. I would recommend this family firm to anyone who is searching for an excellent service and one that you can trust and rely on Thanks again.

Second time used this, excellent service, prompt, polite and professional, the 3 ps , engineer very cordial and polite, would definitely recommend 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Very positive from the start, called up to compare with other local plumbers, allowed us to send in photos to get a rough estimate rather than being told no we dont do quotes which is what I mostly got that day, despite them being busy managed to get us booked in and reasonably quickly at that, came out within the week and everything we need sorted, and one hiccup quickly sorted at our convenience, Martin who came out kept us constantly up to date with bits he was sorting and solutions had come up with to any issues, very positive experience throughout and will be using again when needed.

Good communication, efficient service , courteous staff.

I had a very positive experience with Highfield Plumbing and Heating company. I needed a boiler check as soon as possible and they were able to book me in very quickly. Martin arrived on time, was very professional and efficient through the entire process. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend Highfield to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service!!

We needed a company to look after and service a boiler at our parents as we are not close by. Highfield Plumbing have been exceptional, giving clear and precise communication from the outset and providing us with regular updates and communication.
