So important for you to know
I’m usually not one to write bad reviews because I understand bad days happen but bad years don’t. This whole year they have had horrible customer service. They have not responded to any of my questions or inquiries. It’s truly unbelievable.
Workstream is incredible. They respond immediately, follow up every single case, and are so pleasant and kind and wonderful. I have received immediate care and attention from them. Higherme just clearly doesn’t care.
