I’m usually not one to write bad reviews because I understand bad days happen but bad years don’t. This whole year they have had horrible customer service. They have not responded to any of my questions or inquiries. It’s truly unbelievable.

Workstream is incredible. They respond immediately, follow up every single case, and are so pleasant and kind and wonderful. I have received immediate care and attention from them. Higherme just clearly doesn’t care.

Charged for over a year after I requested a cancellation by email. No recourse and no help from customer service. Relied on their cancellation policy when pressed for reason why I was still charged after cancellation requested. Seems like a classic easy to sign up for hard to cancel company.

Ethically correct, morally wrong. Covid has taken its toll, our lease is up next year. We are closing shop in the next 10 months. We have a renewal contract, since 2016, and we were happy with service...until now. Our contract auto renewed, and we want to cancel and get a refund. No! We need to give 90 day notice. They are correct, within their rights. Morally wrong. They know we are closing, do not need their service . They cancelled the contract auto renew, allow full use for the next year. Joy, hundreds paid for nothing.

We have been using Higherme for some time now. It is an invaluable tool to or company. We have new applicants just about every day, applying for anything from G.M. to crew.
We have the option to pick who we want to interview and what time and day we want to set up interviews. The only thing I don't use is the match % for the employees because it may say like 20% match, and they are exactly what I am looking for. My favorite thing about Higher me is all of our employee setup is done on Higherme now, before the employee even comes in on their first day.

Through our partnership with HigherMe, whenever we want to tailor the way that the HigherMe platform works to CPK’s hiring business processes our reps have been great at helping us create what works for us. HigherMe has helped us with staffing as a whole. We needed a platform that would help us create a steady applicant flow to our restaurants. HigherMe has been that for us. There are several features to the HigherMe platform that have been very useful to our staffing success. The ability to create new ads and control which ads are posted depending on our current staffing needs has helped us across our CPK brand. My favorite feature must be the boost feature! Sponsorship of ads when we do not have a ton of applicant flow has been instrumental in finding our people.

They make the hiring process so much easier. With the applicant ratings it helps to pinpoint whom is going to work best within your restaurant.

I’ve enjoyed the system being user-friendly to our managers. We’ve used similar platforms in the past but HigherMe is easy and has brought us more candidates than our “old” platform. Great Customer Service Experience.
