Brian is obviously a very experienced and knowledgeable in explaining the hearing process the advantages of having hearing aids to suit one’s needs. He is really down to earth has a great attitude and a lovely personality that made the whole ear testing easy and comfortable while also explaining in lay man’s terms how the new hearing aids work plus the benefits they will bring regarding one’s hearing loss. It was an excellent experience to meet someone so good at their work

Appalling Customer Service!
I had an appointment for a hearing test in the Limerick Hidden Hearing clinic today. The Receptionist phoned me in advance (yesterday) to confirm my appointment for the hearing test. I would like to say that the Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I drove into Limerick City especially for this appointment and parking was very hard to find. When I was called in to the room I was informed that I would not be having a hearing test today. I received no apology and the person I was dealing with was very arrogant and difficult to deal with. I will not be recommending Hidden Hearing to anyone in the future and also I mentioned to another member of my family who is a client of Hidden Hearing that I was treated very badly today by a member of staff and we are definitely considering not remaining clients of Hidden Hearing.
