Worst service ever. I Ordered an anniversary module and paid all the extras ( Size, bobble head, shipping) which I do not mind but the result was disappointing. Despite they sent me proofing email to confirm that I am satisfied with what they did, I replied instantly on the same day and clarified that the sculpture does not match !! I mentioned specifically what part are not matching however they ignored my comments and sent same what I did not agree. I received it and I had to give to my wife as our anniversary gift (after three weeks) she was not happy with it too and said it does not match us at all. Bobblehead ruined my gift and I resend them another email revealing about the issue I had with them but no response and even no apologies. I will never deal with them again and will mover recommend bobblehead to anyone.

Scam! The write you tons of emails and they are very polite, but in the end they just don't deliever the product. Mine was delivered from China, seemingly got to the destination country and city, then was return to sender because the adress was not ok....obviously, it was.
So yeah, total scam

I was totally blown away by all the attention to detail that was put into making the bobbleheads. Very impressed, will definitely buy more and recommend to my friends and family.

The result exceded my expectations. It has great attention to detail and it was overall beautifully made. 100% recommend.

Beware - Scam!
I bought a bobblehead from them worth $115 to be shipped to the USA. It took them over 6 weeks to "prepare" it. They then sent a tracking number which was shipped from China. The package was marked as "delivered" but it was not delivered. The shipping company said that if it was not delivered I should approach the company to receive a refund. I approached them and tried to receive a refund for over a month, with over 20 emails. They refused repeatedly. This is pure scam!

We are SO amazed at how lifelike the figure is. My husband was SO pleased with his gift. It arrived quickly, we got to proof it before shipping, and it was well protected for travel. I'm already planning to buy another one. Many thanks!!

I purchased a bobblehead. The customer service was okay but this process took 2 months.

After a couple attempts my bobblehead still didn't resemble my friend in the picture. It was supposed to be a gift to sit on his office desk but it doesn't resemble him at all.

I asked for my money back but they didn't address the question, just said they would make adjustments. So I sent in a 2nd picture but... still barely any resemblance.

Unfortunate, I was excited to give this gift but will just throw it away.

I got my Bobblehead！It is economical and of good quality, which is exactly the same as what the seller described. Completely beyond expectations, very satisfied with an online shopping. Their company's customer service is also very patient to solve my problems and check the logistics situation and the packaging will be strong.
