I ordered a 3XL for G cup and received D

I ordered a 3XL for G cup, double sided breast invisible lift bra cover and received a size D. Customer service states that the size D correlates to a size G, which doesn't make sense because they advertise a D on it's website as a smaller size. Customer support has been no help and when I asked for a refund they told me I have to pay to ship it back. Their website delivers false advertising.

As of November 1, 2025 I still never received refund. Do not order from this company! They lie.

Was für eine miese Qualität

Was für eine MIESE Qualität. Das gelieferte Produkt (Plüsch-Grinsekatze) entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Foto. Das war sehr teures Lehrgeld (ca. 40 €).
Eigentlich Minuspunkte als Bewertung!!!

I purchased an item from a link to this…

I purchased an item from a link to this company, after check out the confirmation email showed an entirely different design to the item I had purchased. I sent an email questioning this but didn’t receive a reply. I then asked them to cancel the order and to refund me in full, which they did promptly but I was only partially refunded, even though the item had not even been prepared or shipped. It appears l had the same experience as a previous review, I have been charged some kind of fee. I messaged them asking for the remainder of the money I am still owed but they did not reply. I am now raising an investigation and refund via my credit card company for the remaining money I am still owed. Do not buy from this company.

***Please read the arrogant reply to my message below, if you read it, it says it all about their customer care standards, also scroll down to a similar experience from someone else, I am not alone in this. I reiterate, please do not buy from this company, especially when you read their arrogant and offensive reply to my courteous and factual review.

Very fast refund

These people are utterly dishonest

These people are utterly dishonest, they sold me two items they never had.
I bought two items so I got free delivery (the second item I didn't really need).
Unfortunately for me I was still charged full delivery for the two items as no discount was applied at the checkout.
I tried to contact them but the 'contact us' link didn't work.
After more than 2 weeks had passed and the items hadn't arrived and I had not received any delivery updates I sent them a stern email asking where my were my goods.
I also said if the goods weren't delivered soon I would contact PayPal and seek a refund.
I finally received a reply that said the items were considered lost and they had refunded my money.
They only refunded a part payment for what reason I don’t know, therefore I paid them a fee for nothing.
The person who did the refund also called me a rude Australian as obviously this company doesn’t like to be challenged.
Good luck if your silly enough to buy of them.

ATTENTION! SITE FRAUDULEUX!
I have bought after an advertisment on PINTEREST a loose long-sleeve coat 100% FLAX. Reality very cheap 95% Polyester. Looks like a cleaning towel. First they told me in an Email that they HAD REFUNDED me. Not true!!! Then
they asked me to send back the item (35€ colissimo), if received, they would pay me back. I have paid about 50€.
Paypal told me, they would come back to me after 6 days. For them it is a reliable shop. Now more than 3 weeks past and no news from paypal. All not reliable!
