I got blocked out as they needed to speak to me about my spending, had a message saying I needed to have a chat with them, went on chat and they wanted to know so much about my personal details I didn’t feel comfortable giving it, they said they already hold my details it’s just for verification.I told them that I didn’t have all the information they wanted, and that was the end of the conversation. Be wary please people.

I made some money and they not just did not paid me but even said "deposit some more, so we will be able to withdraw". Basically what scammers do with bitcoins. I'm Brasilian we have a free transference service called PIX it literally takes 20 seconds to transfer money, they simply don't want to give me my money.

1 star is too many, no problem depositing money, this was instant, but when it's withdrawing into the exact same account. they want so many documents which you don't need in the UK it's obscene. bic number iban number with emblum of your bank, along with the normal documents, also it's hard to find the right department to send too, because the site is that bad I've closed it so you cannot get in touch with the relevant department,has I thought the money would be in my account within a couple of hours still have not received my withdrawal saying my bank has declined my £100, don't ever use this bookmakers needs closing down

I had won over 1k with bonus money i wagered it all etc but (i didn’t read the rules and wasn’t entitled to that) FAIR ENOUGH so wasn’t able to withdraw, THEN went onto win £2633.28 with my own money no wagering needed no bonus rules as it was all my own money no bonus money to be told I couldn’t have that either! I had left £300 in my account to play with whilst I was waiting for the rest of the £2633.28 to be with drawn. Now the joke of it all is they said I can keep the £300 but they will take the rest off me!! It’s my money nothing to do with the bonus or wagering as all that was done on the previous win! A lot of bad site reviews are given by sore losers that don't really understand the gambling concept.

My poor review of this site is given because of false advertising. They say they have fast withdrawals which is a very important reason many people choose a site - they don't!

On a positive note, they do ask for your documentation up front to verify your account, some site's wait until you w/d before amazingly wanting to verify your ID.

On the negative side, the bank transfer deposit is instant, but when you want to w/d you're sent an e mail telling you the "processing" time can take up to 48hrs! As I put on their live chat, they must have a different definition of fast to me and everyone else.

My big advice having experimented with a few of these lesser known site's is to just have 1 or 2 accounts with the recognised, trusted bookmaker sites (that all have casino options nowadays) and give these specific casino site's a wide berth.

Don't be taken in by magic deposit bonus's that are generally totally worthless, fast payout claims that are invariably false and the fact they offer exclusive games etc...... they offer nothing that an established, respected bookmakers doesn't.
