They don't bug me. I shopped around and found Jodie AI to be simple and effective.

We used Jodi AI on a free trial last year and really loved it, but at the time we couldn’t justify the cost while we had office staff handling calls.

We got an email recently that pulled us back in, and I’m glad it did.. it’s come on massively since we last used it.

We’ve now trained it around our business, and it’s handling enquiries exactly how we would. It’s quick, clear, and actually useful and not just a gimmick. It’s even confidently advising potential clients when we don’t offer certain services (which we asked it to do), which has already saved us time on unnecessary follow-ups.

I can tell it’s AI when I've been speaking to it, but that’s not necessarily a negative at all! Most people wouldn’t question it, and the responsiveness more than makes up for it.

Really impressed overall.. and if this is where it’s at now, it’s only going to get better.

I am a small one Man band business and I’ve committed to a year contract as I can already see the benefits from my business and my customers would recommend anyone who is busy working trial this service and communicate with their support team. Great service, simple setup and is doing exactly the job its needed for.

Great service. The jodie assistant has been surprisingly easy to 'train up' and keep up to date. She has saved me from constant phone interruptions and can answer most questions and send booking links. Or transfer to me as a last resort. Anything she cant answer she emails and I can add onto training. So easy and effective. I work alone and couldnt afford to pay an additional wage for a receptionist, and i dont need to now. She can even give directions of how to find my clinic! Highly highly recommend

Really easy setup. Customisable knowledge base so your AI can learn everything about your business. As an organisation that has multiple locations, we really wanted it to be able to distinguish between them. It does this perfectly. Bonus feature: if someone asks a question it cannot answer then it requests the answer from us and automatically updates it's FAQs.

Jodie has Blown me away with the way that she speaks to people! And the way she learns and the information she passes across to the customers in need!! Her mannerisms and the way that she picks up on a person that’s only given their second name, and then call them Mr. Brooks. And then at the end of the call she relies what’s been agreed to and what’s gonna happen from here

The fact that these guys can give you a free trial for seven days so that you can have full functionality of the system really pays dividends because it’s really shown me the power of what Jodie can do

Everything I hoped from, easy to get started, and while Jodie isnt quite Human, a fair percentage of my callers will converse with her.

Very easy to set up and use. Saves us a lot of time retrieving messages and is very professional.

Whilst the service seemed to work, it assumes that every business runs a mobile number!

Jodie only supplies mobile numbers and so whilst it is easy to redirect your mobile number to them, redirecting a regular landline to a mobile number costs far more per minute.

The cost to redirect to a land line would be far less.

I did ask them, but didn't really get a decent answer.

Shame as I honestly thought it might be an option.
