If it happened it occured unconsciously. After blockage i tried a lot to cotact legal site but I was not allowed to request and appologise my unconscious act or mistake, secondly process of appeal or to approach to the team is very copmlicated and ambiguous. I think it is dictatorship that without warning to block the account and never give a chance to appeal or say sorry.if you found attempt of double account, did you warm me! The reply is never, then how can you claim your act of blockage of my account a justified act! This app looks totally fraud and wastage of tmie. The owner is just befooling the public by wasting their precious time.

Your account was suspended because our system detected that you were using multiple accounts to engage in abnormal arbitrage activities. This is a serious violation of HEXminer’s user agreement and fair use policy. Based on IP activity, login patterns, and linked wallet data, we have confirmed that you repeatedly and maliciously attempted to claim registration bonuses and trial contracts.
Such behavior disrupts platform integrity and harms the interests of other users. Therefore, the account suspension was fully justified and in accordance with platform rules — it was not an “unjustified ban” as claimed.
The system prompt to contact the administrator was intended to give you a chance for manual review — not to shift blame for not providing an email. It is regrettable that instead of using any official support channels to appeal, you chose to post misleading comments.

I thought I'd throw some bitcoin at them to check up on this company. I wound up purchasing 1 mining plan that
mysteriously registered as a purchase of 4 plans, and they advised that for the mining to proceed, they would need nearly an additional $3000 in bitcoin. They would not cancel and just allow one mining contract to proceed, and will not unlock my bitcoin, which is just sitting in their accounts.
I'm shocked, shocked that there is gambling at this establishment.
