Ive only given 1 star because it won't let me leave none!
Please PLEASE don't waste your time or money. The bras are nothing like the ones in the ads. Flimsy material with absolutely NO support at all. Sizes are ridiculously big.
Getting an address to send back is impossible and I was offered a 20% refund and could keep the items. I fought for 3 weeks and finally settled on a 50% refund. Looking at the comments on here I think I was lucky to get that!
How this company is allowed to continue scamming people like this is criminal.

Only giving 1 star because you have to. Followed size guide, im pretty average. They took weeks to arrive. Bras are huge, the elastic has the strength of a wet noodle & there is no support. The women jumping up and down in the ad are not wearing these bras, they'd have black eyes. So, I followed website guidelines and requested a refund the day after I received them. I had no response. I emailed again. And again. They have not responded at all. My bank will not do a chargeback for anything less than £100 so I might as well have flushed that money down the toilet.
DO NOT BUY!!!!

Avoid avoid avoid. Laughable idea of a bra. Such poor quality I threw them straight in the bin as returning them would cost the same amount as I paid. Appalling. Steer clear if you don’t want to throw your money away.

Terrible quality and fit. the customer service is even worse, it takes a week to respond to an email and they refuse to refund, they offered 30% or a replacement, this website is a total con. DO NOt BUY!!

Staples bras are poor quality and do not give good support like in the social media adverts. It’s all marketing & poor products!
Returning product is a waste of time as they charge up $20!

I ordered two strapless bras from an advert which appeared on Instagram. Ordered size M which is usually my size.
The bras took weeks to arrive and were huge in size and didn’t look like the bras in the advert!
Reading the reviews (too late) I saw that getting a refund is a difficult process so gave the bras to a charity shop.

Poor experience purchasing these so called strapless bras. A complete waste of money. Poor CS not offering complete refunds despite being in touch immediately. They wouldn’t refund my postage either. Offered me 40% and told me to keep the useless product. Don’t waste your money if your reading this

I really wish I had paid more attention to the reviews in here and not on the adverts. Sizes are too big, they do not stay up and too so long to get here I really couldn’t be bothered with the returns, and having read these reviews it seems I may be right. Definitely don’t hold your boobs up. Definitely don’t look anything like the adverts. Disappointed

The product is horrible. Bras offer no support whatsoever.
Trying to return the damned thong since the day it arrived, and all the e-mails exchanges have been useless, tiringm and i still got no adress or return form.
went in the online shop and i learned that the return adress is in belgium, and the deduct 20 Eur for the refundable amout. Why? what for?

I don’t think 1 star is worthy of the strapless bras I order. Quality is cheap and nasty and the bras are massive compared to size advertised. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate, they’re a disgrace. Taking people’s money for products that don’t do what they’re supposed too! 😡😡

They offer discounts to keep horrible bras that do not fit! Strapless bras that will not stay up!

Although emails and ads say Free Returns, No Questions - it is a LIE. They do not want to accept a return.

Disgusting bras. Cheap, no shape, they are worth £0! And to return them you have to pay postage plus €20 which basically means you cant return them. I wish i had read the reviews before buying!

Absolutely awful, complete tat. They don’t stay up, took ages to arrive and looked nasty and cheap. Save your money. They don’t reply to customer service. They have a returns policy that they like to completely ignore.

Cheaply manufactured, no support and nothing like advert. Completely false advertising- why is there no law against this kind of rubbish being put out there with utterly false promises? So far ignoring request for a refund and instead sending me a smaller size so will then have 4 useless products to go in the bin! DO NOT waste your time or money. Another claim to go through the credit card I guess.

The bras took nearly a month to arrive and the quality when they did is awful. Wish I’d read some of the reviews before I purchased. They say they are suitable for D cup wearers and although I chose the correct size, their is zero elasticity in the product and no way it would hold my breasts in place under a top
I have emailed a week ago to complain and ask for a refund but have heard nothing - hence my negative review. Having read the return procedure and policy you may as well not bother. Really disappointed but a lesson learned to read that reviews as not one positive review on here

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Absolutely shocking quality. Ordered a size medium and bra’s were massive. These people are con artists. Do not buy. The items are nothing like advertised. They offered a 15% refund which is of no use. Absolutely shocking these people can get away with this.

These bras deserve a zero star rating, they are useless, unflattering, cheap rubbish.
They look nothing like the advert, they are massively oversized from the guide, they do not stay up, they do not offer any support, they are good for nothing and £20 return cost.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I wish I could give a minus as they don’t deserve even one star. The reviews on their website are clearly fake. The website is still advertising ‘free returns’ so they are in breach of advertising standards. There’s no way to find out who they are owned by and where their company address is so it’s clearly all a scam. A genuine company would have contact details. Don’t buy from them!

I read Hexalty reviews and ordered in that basis. Wished I had read these first. Ordered the ‘amazing’ strapless bandeau bras and they were NOT as described. No seen in cups, cheap cotton with elastane which could have held a bag of feathers in place. Absolute waste of money and now I can’t get a refund as they’ve gone radio silence in me. Why oh why do I keep falling for this cheap crap online!! Cos I’m an idiot, that’s why! ZERO STARS!!
