I've got a feeling that i've been scammed. Ordered a tomato planter from this company and have a very vague order confirmation. Over a week later no sign of my item being delivered, wish I had done some research before placing my order.

The concept is good but the execution is poor. The trellis is almost impossible to put together as it is so flimsy. My guess is that, with any sort of wind, it would come apart - taking the climbing plants with it. However, the base is a good idea and I shall replace the trellis with a wigwam of canes in order to make use of it.

Having received the item I plugged it in. I don’t know yet if it’s going to make a saving on my energy bill. I hope so. It’s permanently plugged in so we will ultimately see.

I'm still awaiting my order
I'm still awaiting my order. I'm getting e-mails supposedly telling me the delivery status and advizing me that I've got items left in my cart, which I know I haven't.
I'm getting further e-mails promoting the items I've already ordered and paid for but still haven't go.
If the products don't arrive by the end of this week, I'll be cancelling the order and requesting a refund.
This will be the first, last and only order they ever get from me. Very disappointment at the service.

Do not buy the so called potatoe peeler
I brought what was advertised as a potatoe peeler. It arrived in a damaged box, and with packaging that stated it as a fruit peeler. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it with small ro average 3 potatoes. The blade barely even moved let alone peel anything. I have sent emails to the customer service, with no response other than a generic email stating delays. I brought it on new years eve sent complaint in 9th january , and yet still nothing. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, and if this is how they opperate, then i advise dont buy anything from them

Product sold as a potato peeler
Product sold as a potato peeler, when it arrived, it said it was a fruit peeler, since when was a potato a fruit? Also if you could peel potatoes, they would need to be very small, I ended up buying a potato peeler, and putting the fruit peeler where it belongs, in the rubbish.
Update: They never did resolve it, I emailed as requested and they couldn't be bothered to reply.

Stay away from the scammers
Stay away from the scammers, this company is the worst on this planet, I've placed an order,2 fruit and veg electric peelers, never received any confirmation,no order number, nothing,I've sent many emails and they keep telling me no order found? They got paid by clearpay,I do have the order number from clearpay and still no order found, really scumbags, thieves.
