Passed my ACS after completing the 6 month MLP, as well as certifications in HIU’s, Heat pumps, water regs and unvented systems. I would recommend every single one! Everything was explained really in depth and I was supported throughout all of my time there. Big thanks to everyone at Herts Energy Academy!

Dave delivered the training with excellent teaching techniques and made sure everyone understood the material.

Herts Energy HIU Training

I recently completed the HIU training course with Herts Energy and found it to be extremely valuable and well delivered by Dave Howlings.

The course strikes a great balance between theory and practical application, making it easy to understand how HIUs operate in real world systems. The content was clear, structured, and directly relevant to what you actually encounter on site, particularly around commissioning, system performance, and fault finding.

Did HIU course - learning process, traine are in high profesional level. Stromgly recomend.

Spencer has been an excellent teacher throughout my Gas ACS course at Herts Energy Academy. Really good teachers, only known provider that guarantees a pass, some teaching points differ from teacher to teacher but over all good. Parking is a slight problem, but still much better then other providers that I seen.

Just finished week 3 at Herts Energy Academy and it’s been really good. You can definitely tell the difference from the first couple weeks, things are starting to make more sense now and I feel a lot more confident doing stuff on my own.

The trainers are still great, always there if you need help but they also let you get on with it which I liked. It didn’t feel rushed, just a nice steady pace.

Glad I stuck with it, feel way more comfortable with everything now. Would still recommend it.

Week 3 completed and Spencer has really helped this week again making flues and chimneys as interesting as possible to help us stay focused.
