Excellent service from start to finish. Really good communication and shorter lead times than expected. We are really pleased with our new front door.

From the first email to Jo-Anne regarding a new front door, she was helpful, informative and responsive. She really guided us through the design process and we love our new front door! Jo-Anne also arranged the survey and installation, both of which were also great. The installation was completed in just over half a day and the installer was professional, left he area tidy and did a fantastic job. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company!

Fantastic experience with Hertfordshire doors. Excellent communication throughout and Jo-Anne was happy and able to answer all the questions I had. The quote we received was substantially cheaper than all other quotes from other suppliers and Jo-Anna arranged an installation of our door which all went incredibly well. We couldn't be happier with the door or the service we received.

Jo-Anne has been a pleasure to work with. Only once before have I attempted to have doors replaced, and we soon decided it wasn't worth the hassle due to the pushy sales tactics and opaque pricing. Herts Doors were the absolute opposite, providing transparent pricing and clarity on the overall process. This actually led us to getting the rear door replaced at the same time.

Jo-Anne was patient with us as we tested various options and specifications, and kept us in the loop pro-actively from the point of order through to two small snagging jobs. No question was too difficult, nor did she shout at us for asking too many.

Jo-Anne arranged an expert fitter who has done a splendid job fitting two secure, air-tight doors which have made a considerable impact to our heating bills and overall comfort in the house. The fitter even made repairs to the exterior pebble dash render which means the job is completely and officially "ticked off" the list of things to do.

I'd thoroughly recommend Herts Doors. It really is an A1 experience with A1 products at very very reasonable (and fair) pricing with no dodgy sales tactics.

Jo has been a breath of fresh air to work with; no salesman jargon, she's to-the-point, will advise honestly and doesn't skate over or oversimplify details.

Working with her from abroad was a piece of cake as I was able to contact conveniently via email. She sent relevant contracts for both parties to sign well in advance and gave an installation day, any issues were communicated promptly. Once installed, she informed me of the door manufacturer's guarantee and how to contact the installer if the door drops.

The price was just right, as it was cheaper than most other quotes (bar one). I'm hoping this doesn't change as I've grown tired of people trying it on with inflated prices and pushy sales - if you were to plot the quotes I received, it would certainly be exponential as prices were either ludicrously high or, less frequently, reasonable. Working with Jo was a huge relief. Installation went well, thank-you Paul for your good work and again reasonable pricing (paying for the door was separate to paying for installation).

In short: Communication, quality and price were all top-notch. Thank you! :)
