I have been trying to contact the company to return my wig from the day I received it. I’ll pre-face this by saying the hair is beautiful, very soft and good quality. However, in my opinion, it does not look as pictured. I contacted them less than an hour after receiving it to begin the return process. They responded asking for pictures that it has not been touched which I provided. They then responded with ways in which I could treat it to make it more ‘beautiful’ and offering a discount. I declined this and re-requested the procedure to return it. I’ve contacted them 3 times since and have heard nothing from them. I do not trust this company any longer and warn others to be wary! Shame as I was hoping to order from them again but perhaps the more basic looking wigs to avoid disappointment.

The Lace is perfect, blended so well with no tinting required. Definitely a 100/10, plus came with two curlers for the bangs.

I placed my order on March 27th and received it on the 30th both wigs are top quality wigs. You can’t ask for any better! No shedding, true to length and they are full wigs!! I would give them 10 stars if I Could. Not to mention they checked to make sure I received my product.
