I had my furniture picked up on March 14th. They had 30 days to deliver! It is now April 16th and still no delivery. I was pawned off by Hercules moving to Alma Moving!!! My furniture was taken to a storage facility in Pico Rivera, CA! It has been sitting in storage for 30+ days!!! I have called many times to the main number. I always get the same answer, that they haven’t heard back from the driver, so they have no idea where my furniture and boxes are!! At this point I am not sure if I will ever see my stuff again. Also, they included moving my pool table in the move. But when they arrived to load my stuff I was informed of the exact opposite. They actually could not move my pool table. They didn’t have the proper tools to take the table apart and had no way to crate the slate pieces although I was told over the phone that they had moved pool tables before and they could absolutely move it. Because they said they could move it, I signed with them. In the end, my pool table got left behind. Now I find out it will cost me $600 to dismantle it , $100 for wrapping, and around $1100 to ship it!! Hercules had estimated $350 for packing the pool table. So when they couldn’t hold up to their end of the agreement, they offered me a $200 credit for the packing and that’s it. So now the move of the pool table was on me! I guess I am lucky they didn’t take my pool table or else that would be missing too. The balance I supposedly owe them for my move is $1,650.00. I think I owe them nothing because that is how much it is now costing me to move my pool table separately. I don’t know if I will ever receive my furniture valued at $50,000! So, please do not get mixed up with this company! I truly believe they are a total scam company!!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!! Save yourself a major headache and possibly the loss of all of your belongings!! RUN!!

Our experience with Hercules Moving Solutionsfrom Maui back to California last September resulted in multiple items being lost, damaged, or no longer usable including a printer, bike, kitchen appliances, freezer and the list goes in! These are not minor items, and they should have been handled with basic care and professionalism.
Unfortunately, that level of care was not provided. The extent of the damage and loss suggests a lack of proper handling, oversight, and overall accountability.
When I raised these concerns, there was little effort to make things right. The compensation offered only $86.00 which did not come close to covering the value of what was lost and damaged. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
You trust a moving company with your belongings and expect them to take responsibility when things go wrong. That did not happen here. Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY recommend choosing another company!!

Kyle made quoting/scheduling easy and personalized for our move. The movers from Alma took detailed inventory. They exercised extreme care with our belongings, then delivered on time and entirely intact. Not a single plate or glass broken. My prized collectable motorcycle arrived without a scratch as well. I cannot recommend Hercules enough!

I had a good experience with Hercules Moving. They helped me relocate efficiently, and the process was professional. Hercules Moving worked with ITX Colorado for relocation, and it was an efficient process. Everything was done on time, and the crew was efficient with the things they were carrying. I noticed how everything was properly arranged inside the truck, which shows that the crew was efficient. There were no hidden costs at the end, which shows that the experience was positive. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Hercules Moving Solutions made my relocation completely stress-free. They teamed up with ITX Colorado, and the moving crew showed up on time with all the necessary tools. Each piece of furniture and fragile item was carefully packed.

This company is the worst. I wish I had known that they were not a reputible mover, innstead they are a thir party vendor contractor that cheats people. They are dishonest, they quoted me one price, then up charged me 1100 more, then the driver demanded I give them a 200-dollar cash tip. I have gone back and forth with them about my items, they have not delivered my items, and I am afraid that my items will be damaged. DO NOT USE this company for they are liars, they are cheaters, they are not good people stay away.

When they delivered my bed frame, I saw it was completely broken and it had lost its nails. There was not a shred of remorse or attempt at reconciliation.

The brittle family documents, pictures, and mementos were never shipped in the box they were wrapped in. When they claimed they were unable to assist or provide any explanation, my heart fell.

They were very professional, fast and on point. They wrapped all my stuff with care and transport them in record time. Will use them again when needed.

Hercules Moving Solution is the BEST in the city. This is my second move with David and his team at Hercules Moving Solution, and I will never use another moving company. They first helped us with a cross-state move from Texas to Florida a few years back. Then, recently, they moved us across town from an elevator building to a walk-up. Their team is careful, diligent, fast, and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was quite easy to keep all of my furniture intact during the move owing to the stretch wrap.

The corner protectors, which were a great touch, ensured that my furniture pieces were carried securely.

This moving company was really well organized. They labeled all my boxes so unpacking at the new house was a breeze. They had all the tools they needed to move my heavy stuff safely, and they managed to fit everything perfectly into the truck. The entire move took about the amount of time they originally said it would, and the price was fair.

They finished the job without any delays and ahead of time. I was really impressed by their willingness to go above and above, which included helping with setup.
