Herbactive Health was recommended by my naturopath as was the choice of tonic. My order came promptly and very well packaged. I've only used it for about a week but already feel like it is making a difference. What surprised me was how much I like the taste of the tonic! I will reorder once I have finished the bottle.

I first visited Alan in 2019. I had previously been diagnosed with severe RA, sinusitis, meniere’s , diverticulitis and other inflammatory difficulties. I was also immunosuppressed. In my initial visit walking was a huge struggle. Balance was so difficult and everything was exhausting. I would have to wake up and allow over an hour for stiffness to reduce in my joints. My daughter had encouraged me to go as I was just permanently unwell and hardly able to work. I had been prescribed numerous medications and some very strong RA medication prior to seeing Alan.

Since 2019 Alan has treated me with his exceptional tonics. Alongside his tonics he gave advise on lifestyle and diet changes which also I gradually implemented. In my past I had played tennis at a high standard and always been very active. I longed to get back to that lifestyle however felt it might never happen.

It was a slow but steady process. Within a short time I noticed pain reducing and mobility returning. I was very strict in the early days and Alan patiently helped find the right tonics as my health gradually improved.

Alan taught me how to use his tonics and how to learn to reconginise the needs of my body so I could start my return to health.

Fast forward to 2024. I attend a gym for 1.5 hours a day 4x a week. I do aqua therapy, physio and daily walks. I work 40 hour week and have fun every weekend. I recently received a letter from my RA consultant saying my RA is currently in remission.

I have a cupboard stocked of Alan’s tonics which I keep for certain symptoms.

Coldless is a favourite as I work in schools and with young children so have that daily. I always keep an antibiotic tonic, herbshield, inflamationless, steroid tonic and the all powerful ABC liquid tonic.

I have also followed Alan’s advice on vitamins and essential lifestyle choices and dietary choices. His stevia and Matcha tea is part of my daily routine alongside his tonics. I only take specific tonics daily now as Alan has helped me learn which ones to take as required.

Alan has literally given me my life back. The fact I am in the gym 4 x a week when I used to be hardly able to walk is incredible. I can not praise Alan his advice and tonics highly enough.

Parcel arrived in good time. But the dropper is still stuck in the little green lid on the bottle, so i need to be very careful when measuring
