Really poor service
Really poor service - the price offered at checkout kept jumping up vs an e-mail offer I was sent the night before, no one answered the phone numbers provided and no one replied to the e-mail I sent after placing my order at the (now) higher price, which I had to do as this was a gift. Clearly they are using some kind of dynamic pricing algorithm and that feels exploitative.

Beautiful piece of jewellery and delivered on time, the packaging could have been better as I had to find my own nice bag to put the small box and separate certificate and cloth cleaner in, I feel for the price a simple but nice velvety bag or something could have been provided rather than the cardboard delivery box, but recipient very happy! Will order from here again,

Excellent service and beautiful pendant
The website was very easy to use, self/explanatory, with excellent pictures. I liked that they showed a model wearing the pendant I was considering, so I could judge the size of it. Communication was timely and shipping to Canada was surprisingly fast.
