I ordered a dress and when it arrived it came in a very small package sella taped. Which at first sight was concerning. I tried on the dress it looked absolutely awful. The dress had no lining and my underwear could be seen whenever I walked. The quality was poor fabric was very thin. To make things worse I wanted to return the dress and they said I would have pay for shipping costs which was 15.00. The dress cost £52.00 so I would only get £38.00 refunded to my account which I am still waiting for. I feel like this company is a scam. The dress that I purchased looks nothing that was advertised.

The coat came rock hard vacuum packed. It is very creased and looks nothing like the advertising photo. Had it hanging outside to plump it up but it is very poor quality. Putting it down to experience as not going to try and send it back to China. I always avoid Chinese cheap deals if I can but was caught this time.

I have been given a false Royal Mail tracking number by this company … I ordered and paid for a dress and have received nothing

Items did not match the pictures or description on the website. In addition, the delivery time was very slow and it is very frustrating that you cannot make proper contact with anybody at the establishment. I will not be ordering from this company again sadly.

My experience with Hensley London was mixed. The product I received matched the listing reasonably well and the design was stylish, but the materials felt a bit cheaper than I hoped and although support got back to me, it wasn't particularly helpful or fast. If you want trendy fashion at a low price, it might be worth trying - but don't expect premium quality or perfect service.

I bought accessories from Hensley London and the items themselves were fine - decent design and acceptable quality for the price. That said, the overall shopping experience was just average. There were delays in delivery, the customer service was slow to replay, and the return process seemed unnecessarily complicated. Nothing outright terrible happened, but nothing blew me away either.

Absolute rubbish.. nothing like the pictures, completely different material than stated.. complete con... money makers item cost £36 and got a so called goodwill gesture of 20% instead of sending it back to their china factory as it would cost to much for customs etc...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I don’t usually write reviews but the product I ordered was absolutely nothing like the picture, shocking quality, took ages to arrive and there’s no option to leave a review on your purchase so all the ones on their site must be fake! Do Not Buy! Returns are funded by the customer and have to be sent to China! They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on places like Facebook where I found them

Ordered a pair of statement earrings and a matching necklace - and wow, the jewelry is gorgeous! The quality is impressive, they shine beautifully, and I got so many compliments at my friend's dinner party!!

The product I received from Hensley London looked similar to the photos, and the fit was acceptable. Shipping definitely took longer than expected and tracking updates weren't very clear. The support team did get back to me eventually, but it took a while. I'm rating it 3 stars because the shopping experience was just average.

This site is FRAUDULENT!!!! It depicts items that it does not ship. Do NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Received a damaged necklace in August... And they still won't reply to my emails!

I ordered a green maxi dress which looked lovely in the photos . Taken 3 weeks to arrive , dress scrunched up in a plastic bag which had so much tape on it . Nearly cut the dress .
The dress is not as described, awful material which feels nylon / plastic and it smells . I certainly would not wear this . Have sent an email to Company. That’s a joke … London dress shop in Canada ??! This is unacceptable .

Ordered the witch's hat on the 30th September and still nothing a link that doesn't work to update it nothing hopeless

Should be zero stars. I bought a dress and when it arrived the quality was terrible. I contacted them about a return, filled out the online request and paid for the return. I returned it 4 days after I received it so they would have got it back well within the 30 day returns time frame. After emailing a ridiculous amount of times they then informed me because it had past the 30 days they will not refund. Beyond ridiculous customer service. The dress was returned within the time frame. The refund should have been processed.

I ordered a pair of nude strappy heels and they are gorgeous! Perfect fit, comfortable to walk in, and look so elegant. Delivery took about a week which was totally fine. Will definitely shop here again.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but the hair extensions are soft, natural-looking, and blend perfectly with my own hair. I’ve already styled them twice and they still look new. Great quality for the price!
