Great booking experience - really easy to navigate the site and my planner, Linda Page, provided me with all the details and helped me to make planning an easy task!
Planning a hen for 17 people I was worried, but Hen Heaven made the experience really straight forward and easy :)

The experience I have received before booking and during my booking with hen heaven - Jessica Ball is my events manager and she has been amazing with everything, she has gone beyond and above to cater for my event, managed to get everything booked for what I wanted to happen whilst away in Alicante.

Very Helpful and delivered exactly what we needed. Thank you Hen Heaven and Charlotte in particular, made the whole process of organising a group much more enjoyable and far less stressful!

I can not recommend this company enough!
I booked my hen do in Leeds through them and everything was spot on.
From the moment I booked Charlotte was super helpful in answering all my questions (there were a lot). She made sure everything was sorted and made me feel at ease.
I booked a 2 night stay with afternoon tea, cocktail making followed by a meal and the a booth package.
We had no issues on the weekend, everything was booked really for us and it all ran smoothly.
If you are thinking of booking your hen do through them I couldn’t recommend enough.

Booking through Hen Heaven took all the stress out of organising a hen party for 20 people! Alex and Becky were approachable and friendly and couldn't have been more helpful in sorting everything out and dealing with all our queries. Everything ran smoothly over the weekend and we all had an amazing time! The accommodation was perfect - clean, tidy, well equipped and close to the beach for lovely walks and all activities. The activities were well run and fun and the bride LOVED every minute...thank you!

I would mostly certainly use this site again. Rob my coordinator was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was solved and explained well. The weekend was enjoyed and it made life easier.

The price we paid for this package did not equate to what we got.
Pub treasure hunt was fun to begin with, however cannot justify paying the money for an app that stopped working for us so we could not finish our treasure hunt.
On arrival at Bella Italia for our meal it was very disorganised as the restaurant did not know what menu hen heaven had sold to us and there was a huge delay as restaurant had to make contact with them. Also the menu that hen heaven gave to us was not the menu we got from the restaurant and there was very little choice.
Our whole party was left really disappointed especially since we had tried to cancel previously due to poor menu, however hen heaven seemed to go out their way to find us another restaurant and more suitable menu (at extra cost) but this was only a facade as we found out at the restaurant as according to the restaurant manager the menu was made up and not a menu they had.
I'm not sure if this was a one off bad experience but I would not use this company again nor recommend to anyone. We were all looking forward to this and ended up really disappointed. Just a waste of our money.

This is my second time booking a hen do through hen heaven, and I am yet again very happy with the service I have had from Beth . She has been very polite, helpful and patient with all the chopping and changing I have made. Beth calls me whenever she has made changes to make sure I am happy and to also make sure I receive the email sent with all the details.

I am very excited for the activities I have book for our group in Brighton.

Had such a brilliant hen weekend in Budapest. Sean our party leader was brilliant from the start always a phone call away from any questions/advice that we needed and putting a fantastic personalised package together for us.

The whole weekend was very well organised down to the transfers, our hotel, location and the activities. There was always a number to call and a guide to go to if you had any questions. The organisation and service was brilliant making the weekend run smooth allowing us to make the most of every minute as hen heaven made sure the only thing we needed to worry about was the partying!

I can't recommend hen heaven enough. I have had Bethany help me organise a hen do in Edinburgh and she has been an absolute star all the way through. Even though I have been sending constant emails regarding the hen do she has never complained and always been there to help.

I felt quite nervous about organising my sister’s hen do. I’ve been on many hen weekends and know they can be quite stressful for the person doing the arranging. Thank God for Hen Heaven! There was a fab range of activities and locations and the whole process was so easy. It was great to have the flexibility to pay over direct debit and even better that everyone could log in and pay as and when. No sending awkward ‘please transfer the money’ messages!!!
We did wine tasting as our activity which was brilliant. Really different and interesting. The original venue we were booked into apparently requested to change the time not long before the hen, but rather than letting us know this, and potentially causing a stress about how it would fit in with the other things we had planned, Hen Heaven quietly arranged a different, better venue for us so there were no changes to our plan.
Thanks to all the team at Hen Heaven who were just brilliant at communicating everything and making sure we had everything we need. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Sean has helped me book my hen party to Barcelona next year, he was really prompt to reply back to my queries and has been really accommodating, I have only just booked hence the 4 stars but I look forward to the rest of the process and my hen party next year!
