Frankie was absolutely fantastic
Frankie was absolutely fantastic. Our experience from start to finish was great. Frankie is just so lovely and helpful. She made our experience as stress free as possible. At the storage Bryan and Frankie offered us a downgrade at even a lower price. They are a team of trustworthy, honest and helpful people. They even offered extra men helping at collection for free. I can't recommend them enough. Henfield storage offer very competitive prices compare to others in the same area plus the free collection so great all round.

Straight forward at a reasonable price and super friendly
The team have been very helpful from start to finish. Price wise they are very competitive I feel. We used the click and store service which was collected this morning. Bang on time, very mindful and respectful of our property and surrounding area. Super quick and pain free, largely down to a very friendly and knowledgeable Perrie who oversaw the collection. Felt like I played a real life game of Tetris with him and he won. Although him winning meant we managed to comfortably fit our stuff in a smaller than expected space that the team promptly contacted me about to adjust the pricing accordingly.
Really can’t fault anything or provide any improvement suggestions. Well done to the whole team and thank you.

Henfield Storage in Brighton is great
Henfield Storage in Brighton is great! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The staff member called Mash helped me rent the storage space and went above and beyond to make sure the space was right for me and my budget. The place is secure and the storge spaces are clean, dry and well protected. I'm very pleased with the service and I will continue to use Henfield storage in the future.
