Josh from Hemprove contacted me regarding the undernoted purchase and he really could not have been more helpful.

He informed me that he would upgrade my purchase to a CanBe 2,000mg CBD disposable pen with a 8.5ml tank which supplies 3,500 puffs. There was no requirement for me to return the original vape pen either, which was really helpful.

My vape pen arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to try it. Flavoured with OG Kush, it tasted lovely and was very smooth, no harshness at the back of my throat. I bought the original pen to help with chronic insomnia and wow, it really did the job!

Last night, for the first time in years, I slept like a baby. I must have fallen asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow and also managed to stay asleep until my alarm went off this morning, which is absolutely unheard of for me.

This is the first time I have ever tried a CBD product and Hemprove the first company I have ever ordered such a product from. I really can't rate their customer service highly enough and the CanBe OG Kush vape pen is nothing short of a miracle worker!

I purchased a Hempathy disposable vape pen from Hemprove to help with insomnia. I was really excited for it to arrive and couldn’t wait to try it.
When I took my first drag of the pen, nothing happened. Thinking it must be low on battery power, I charged it for a couple of hours and then tried again. Still absolutely nothing from the vape.
The next day, on looking at the liquid in the vape tank, I noticed that it had completely solidified. After a bit of internet research I realised that crystallisation is quite common with CBD liquid in vape pens. It was recommended that it could be returned to it’s liquid state by applying heat from a hairdryer, placing the device in a sealed plastic bag and immersing in hot water or simply by taking a few really deep drags of the vape. I tried all three methods but the liquid remained crystallised.
So, hugely confused and disappointed I sent a message to Hemprove asking if they could advise me on how to get the eliquid back to an actual liquid form. I received no response from them. I then sent a message via their online contact form and still have had no response.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I was not requesting a refund or exchange, merely their advice which they obviously can’t be bothered to give, despite being quick enough to take my money.
I will not be ordering from this company again.

This oil is very tasty. I got the normal oil without flavor last time, and this one has a lovely mint chocolate flavor. Although, for some reason, it feels less strong than the regular one. Not sure if it's my perception or what.

Brilliant company for all of your CBD needs. I’ve purchased quite a few items from Hemprove now, a few muscle rubs and most recently the CanBe disposable vape. This CanBe vape is amazing, I train jiu jitsu a lot and it takes its toll on the body, it also keeps me awake at night after training. However this vape helps me sleep and the next day the aches and pains are gone and I feel great. This is also very good for relaxing as a whole, whether it be a stressful day at work or anxiety about an upcoming event this disposable vape gets the job done. I will certainly be buying another CanBe vape when this one in finished, added bonus it tastes amazing!
