The program is very well-structured and organized, encouraging active participation and equal contribution from everyone. The assignments designed for CCP learning program is deep self-engagement and introspection, often revealing surprising insights about ourselves. Whether it’s reflecting on our career journey, identifying our core values, or listing our strengths and weaknesses—each assignment is both challenging and meaningful. Overall, it has been an enriching and transformative experience.

My key takeaways from the CCC program:

1. The power of self-reflection:
We often hear about looking within, practicing awareness, or meditating — but this program gave us practical, structured, and truly powerful tools to actually apply self-reflection in a way that leads to real change. This has been one of the most impactful learnings for me.

2. Living the ICF spirit:
Seeing the ICF Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and Core Values being demonstrated so authentically — not just in theory but in real sessions, demos, and interactions — was inspiring. The clarity, integrity, and impact these standards bring were evident throughout. My sincere appreciation to the HDC team for embodying them so consistently.

3. The strength of the tools and coaches:
The tools taught were practical and powerful, and the support from my program coach, Deepak, was precise, insightful, and very encouraging. Every coach in the program brought immense experience and inspiration, motivating us to keep learning and stretching ourselves.

A few humble suggestions:

1. Many classmates felt that slightly extending the weekly sessions — especially the last two — could make the learning even richer and more relaxed.

2. Including at least one dedicated session on basic marketing and monetization of coaching skills would add great value for new coaches stepping into practice.

3. Some guided hand-holding for the first couple of real-life client sessions — even as observers with feedback — could significantly boost confidence.

4. The CAP program, though valuable, feels like a major investment. Perhaps offering an option for a more affordable, recorded-only version could help more aspiring coaches participate.
