Alles komt rechtstreeks van Aliexpres en de horloge banden passen hellemaal niet.

Zwaar opgelicht door dit bedrijf

Die Armbänder passten nicht. Auf Rückfrage wurde ich dann vertröstet „man suche eine Lösung“. Als ich die Antwort zu kryptisch empfand, wollte ich widerrufen. Plötzlich sind die Bänder angeblich „angefertigt“ und nicht retournierbar. Nach kurzer Recherche fiel mir auf:

Grundsätzlich keine Informationen über das „Unternehmen“
Keine Informationen zu vermeintlich individuell gefertigten Produkten und hiermit eingeschränkte Rückggabemöglichkeiten.

Da mir die Informationen auch auf wiederholte Nachfrage nicht beantwortet wurden, gehe ich von einem Scam aus.

Katastrophe! 18mm Melan-Band in James Bond Omega Optik bestellt. Geliefert ein Band ohne Faltschliesse, ohne Löcher wie original. Erzählen mir, wäre alles produktionsbedingt so in Ordnung - ginge nicht anders!
Das Band sieht aus, wie der letzte Billigkram!!!
Kein Hinweis auf produktionsbedingte Veränderung!

Achtung! Sehr schlechte und nicht passende Massenware aus China.
"Mia", vermeidlicher "Head of Support" nimmt sich viel Zeit zu begründen, warum sie die nicht passende Ware nicht zurück nehmen will und muss.
Angebliche Sonderfertigung, die binnen weniger Tage aus China kommt.
Mein Tipp: Finger weg, hier will jemand einfach nur euer Geld!

Watch out with these people. They’re absolutely fraud.

This is my experience with this people:

1. Sending me a strap they knew from the start wouldn't fit my watch as I specifically told them the exact measures I needed for my Aquatimer strap. They told they had the perfect match. It wasn’t and they knew.
2. Sending me from China (Alibaba) the exact same chinese strap sold on eBay for almost one third of the price (I know this because I had both side by side, but at least eBay seller fully refunded me and paid for return fees).
3. Had to pay for return fees, although it was them who sent me a strap they knew from the start wouldn't fit my watch.
4. They acknowledged reception of the returned item but haven’t refund me although they claim they have. My bank says they haven't. It’s been more than 20 days. Refund should be here by now.
5. Not providing any sort of requested proof that refund was made. My bank says they should be able to, but Helvetus claims their system does not generate refund certificates.

So my advise is to stay away from these people.

They have a fancy webpage, but they send you the same strap that’s sold on eBay or AliExpress for almost 3 times the price, just on a nicer package (not necessarily nice, just nicer).

terrible company!! do not buy from them. i bought a $90 leather strap. they did not send tracking info and shipping company left watch in my driveway in rain. stainless steel pins ended up being rusted. also, leather ripped because the strap did not properly fit my watch even though it's supposed to. this all happened the day it was received. i contacted them and they refused to take back or offer refund. stay away!

Laut Support wird gesagt das es alles Einzelanfertigung sind und man deswegen den Artikel nicht zurücksenden kann.

Artikel kann man einfach online Bestellen ohne Angaben deswegen ist es nur ein Vorwand.

Just a terrible company to do business with. I communicated with them prior to purchase that the band would fit my watch. I have a Cartier Santos Dumont with a slide pin. It was confirmed that this was a near genuine article and they guaranteed it would fit. When it finally came it in no way fit as it did not have a slide pin. There was no way to attach the band to the watch! It took about a week of multiple emails back-and-forth, threatening to contact my credit card company before I finally got confirmation for a refund. Four weeks later, they had not even begun the refund even though they said they already did it. I called my credit card company and had the charge removed. Sometimes it’s better to buy the original article directly from the brand.

This strap for Cartier santos dumont states that it’s “crafted without compromise” yet it doesn’t fit shipped from china and scratches the life out of the watch case. Terrible company I hope they are happy with my $100

This is a company I absolutely ask you to avoid. I ordered a strap here, but it turned out to be out of stock. I was offered several other items, but I wasn't interested in them. I asked for a refund, and I was eventually promised that this would be processed immediately. In the meantime, several weeks have passed, and still no refund. Contacting the company is useless; there is no phone number, and the emails seem to me to be automated replies. A certain Mia Schmid is supposed to answer them 😣 So once again, be careful with orders here.

Marketed as premium Swiss brand, in effect, is a cheap dropshipper with products directly from China. Refund guarantee is worthless, paid $280 USD for two straps, requested a refund, they refused, despite saying they had made the refund. Had to go through VISA to requesr a charge back.

Ich habe mir bei diesem Händler ein braunes Lederarmband mit Faltschließe für meine Jaeger le Coultre Reverso bestellt. Zuvor hatte ich mit dem Kundendienst Kontakt und mir wurde versichert, dass das Band am Anstoß die für die Uhr notwendige Keilform aufweisen würde.
Ware nach ungefähr 8 Tagen erhalten. Das Band entpuppte sich als billiges China Armband (inkl. Aufkleber, der das bestätigt), hatte eine normale Dornschließe und normale Bandanstöße.
Nach langem hin und her mit dem Kundensupport wurde mir ein Hermes Rücksendeetikett zur Verfügung gestellt. Als ich die Rücksendung abgab, stand Aliexpress klar erkennbar auf dem Rücksendeschein. Der Händler bestätigte mir den Erhalt der Rücksendung, eine Rückerstattung auf meine Kreditkarte blieb jedoch aus. Auch nach mehreren Anfragen, was sich über mehr als zwei Monate zog, wurde mir immer wieder eine erfolgte Rückerstattung auf mein Konto bestätigt, sie ist es jedoch nie eingetroffen. Knapp 3,5 Monate nach der Bestellung wurde es mir zu bunt und ich eröffnete ein Chargeback Verfahren bei der Bank meiner Kreditkarte. Hier reichte ich sämtliche Beweise (E-Mail Verkehr) ein und der Fall wird nun wohl zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

Tut euch einen Gefallen und bestellt nich bei diesem Händler. Falls ihr es schon getan habt, so macht von eurem Recht Gebrauch und eröffnet, wenn nötig, ein Chargeback Verfahren.

Leider passt das Band zu meiner Tudor nicht, obwohl es exakt für dieses Model hätte sein sollen. Rückgabe wurde verweigert, obwohl am selben Tag nach Erhalt der Lieferung diese moniert wurde. Grund der Ablehnung: Es wird sich auf eine individuell nach Bestellung produzierte Ware bezogen, welche gem. Art. 16(c) der EU-Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinie (2011/83/EU) vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen wäre. Und das bei einem Band, welches gem. Verpackung aus China kommt. Schade um das Geld :-(
Kauf kann ich daher 0 empfehlen.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Any positive reviews you see from here are fake. I ordered a strap in November 2025 payed 70£ and have not received anything. It is almost June 2026 now. The communication is terrible and its probably AI as they are sending me repetitive emails that make no sense. This is a scam website disguised by a well made website.
