Waste of money and time
Your staff is rude, will not follow up with phone calls. And to top it off. Paid into between $400 and $500 and no communication, other than my payment is late. Waisted of time and money. Canceled my service without even calling me first. Follow up is not in their scope of service. And I lost out all that money to be in the same boat. Would not recommend my worst enemy to helping hands. They should change their name to unhelpful hands.

1. PROGRESS ON YOUR FILE – Your case has already shown measurable results in Round 2, where 6 negative items were deleted and 6 hard inquiries were removed.
2. STAFF EXPERIENCE / FOLLOW-UPS – We’re sorry you felt the communication and service were not up to standard. That is not what we aim for. Our records show that your Success Manager reached out on February 26 to clarify your concerns, and there were ongoing attempts to communicate updates regarding your account. We always strive to remain responsive and professional, and we take your feedback seriously.
3. COMMUNICATION ON YOUR ACCOUNT – We did provide updates regarding your file progress and next steps, including important communication about your credit monitoring status. In fact, we also sent a reminder 6 days prior to help ensure there would be no interruption in service.
4. PAYMENTS AND SERVICES RENDERED – Your payment covered the onboarding and initial setup of your account, and work had already begun on your file. HOWEVER, CONTINUATION OF SERVICES REQUIRES ACTIVE CREDIT MONITORING so we can access and review your reports for disputes and updates.
5. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION – The account was impacted due to INACTIVE CREDIT MONITORING, which is a REQUIRED PART OF THE PROCESS. Without it, we are unable to continue working on your file or verify updates with the bureaus.
6. OVERALL EXPERIENCE – We understand your frustration and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. Our intention is always to guide clients through every step and ensure clarity on requirements needed to maintain service.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. If you’re open to it, we would still be happy to review your account with you in detail and see how we can help clarify everything further.
