Had Hello Shutters install shutters into 2 bedrooms and my lounge. They were the most competitively priced company I had quotes from and I had 3 others. The quality of the shutters is exceptional, as was the service and professionalism I received from start to finish. I couldn't fault Will, the office manager, Charlie who came to measure and subsequently quote, the owner of the business and Dean the installer, they were all very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The job had a couple of hiccups but I stress nothing that anyone could have predicted. Dean sorted the solution quickly and the finished project looks great. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement. I chose Sea Mist coloured ones (light grey) to contrast with my white walls and have made the right decision not to go with the white option. (Personal preference obviously) You may have gleaned from my glowing review that I would have no hesitation recommending Hello Shutters to anyone considering having shutters fitted.

Really happy with our shutters. They make the living room look so much bigger and tidier than the vertical blinds we had. We have had many compliments already and our neighbours having asked where they they are from. Really happy with service from quote to fitting. Worth the wait.

Great communication, Will is superb and the installation was seamless. Great service from the initial meeting all the way through to installation

Fantastic service throughout and we absolutely LOVE our new blinds. Right from the initial appointment to measure up for a quote, everybody we have dealt with has been extremely professional. We received a quote very quickly and after accepting, we were provided with a realistic delivery/fitting timeline which was exactly to the day. We were communicated with throughout the whole process which was brilliant. Dean, the fitter did an excellent, very efficient job. He was respectful to our home, cleaning up after himself and bagging up all the rubbish. Lovely quality blinds that have transformed our home. Would highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you Hello Shutters.

Absolutely beautiful shutters & really great service from the whole team, from start to finish; Will, Charlie & Scott - Fantastic Teamwork.

I would highly recommend this company, brilliant service & fantastic product, really good value too.

Thanks so much Will Charlie & Scott, all your help was greatly appreciated & I absolutely love my new shutters.

We are so pleased with our new blinds and shutter.

Can’t thank Will, Charlie and Dean enough for the amazing service we received. We would not hesitate to recommend Hello Shutters!

Good experience from start to finish.
Excellent home visit to discuss our wishes, options and prices of the choices.
Honest and open conversation, not a sales pitch at all. Ordering and payment was straightforward.
The fitting day was all completed well, clean workmanship and tidied up at the end.

Seamless service from start to finish…fitter was exceptional, clean, tidy and polite. Price was good enough for my husband to say yes with no hesitation!!!

From start to finish our experience was A1 with Hello Shutters.
Our area isn't an area they normally cover but they agreed to come out and see us after I told them about the bad experience I had with another company. Charlie was fantastic and explained everything in full detail. Will was brilliant keeping us updated with dispatch and installation dates. Scott the fitter was outstanding and left the place spotless. We are over the moon with the whole experience. Thank you guys

Efficient service. Fitter was really pleasant and worked really hard to get them done without any bother for us.

I've had the shutters for about two weeks and they're fantastic. No issues with installation and the shutters look really neat and tidy in the very narrow bay window.
I would recommend to others.

Throughout the whole experience it’s been very easy, professional and all-over a great purchase-. Love the finish, I left the bathroom windows but will definitely will get them done later on

Great customer service, very good quality shutters. Friendly team and skilled fitters

Fantastic service from start to finish, great communication, prompt quote and fitting was superb. The shutters look amazing and have transformed the rooms. The black out blind behind bedroom one really does make room very dark! Can’t recommend enough - thrilled with everything!

From start to finish Hello Shutters have been nothing short of FANTASTIC. We are delighted with our shutters for our front room. Charlie, Will and Dean have been a delight from measuring up to the final fitting. I’m not sure what I was expecting with shutters but they are STUNNING and go way beyond my expectations. My only regret is not having my bedroom windows done at the same time. We will be back ordering again in the near future that’s for sure. Thankyou again we are so pleased!

Friendly, professional service and very reasonable pricing. Good communication. The shutters took a while to arrive but that was OK, they were worth the wait. Would recommend!

Very good experience throughout from the estimate and site visit to the fit. Very knowledgeable staff, professional attitude and expertise and great product. To top it all a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Hello shutters were brilliant from start to finish. Charlie came to measure up and was shown samples to choose from. We placed the order and was informed of the process. Was updated when they were ready and an installation date. Dean was our fitter, very friendly and done a great job. Would definitely recommend Hello Shutters
