Cannot recommend Hello Shutters enough. The whole process from the initial appointment with Charlie to the fitting of the shutters by Scott and Dean in our two bays was faultless. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful and the fitters were efficient and left everywhere spotless. Would absolutely recommend Hello Shutters and would not hesitate to order from here again. We love our shutters thank you 😊

We had shutters fitted by Hello Shutters and the service and quality was so good we have had them back this week to fit shutters to another window. Top quality - can’t fault the company in any way

Smooth process, professional and friendly customer service, excellent product and installation.
Going to be ordering for the rest of the house.

Really happy with our shutters and blinds. Robin came out to measure for us. He was so lovely and professional. The quotation came back to us in a timely manner and was pretty much where we expected. We were advised our order would roughly be 12-14 weeks; which it was. Email received to let us know they were arriving and could be fitted a couple of days later, fantastic! We had Dean as our fitter and he was great as well. No issues, all fitted to perfection and he was an absolute pleasure to have in my home.
Couldn’t recommend enough - very happy customer.

Excellent service from Hello Shutters. Extremely competitive pricing and very prompt in attending my first enquiry with them. It was a recommendation from a friend who had used Hello Shutters. Charlie attended my address and was very informative about the products and time scales. I had no hesitation in going ahead with the wooden shutters for my lounge bay window. The fitter Dean attended and did an excellent job fitting them. Extremely impressed with the product and the service. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Highly recommend HelloShutters - friendly, professional service, for a very good price. Charlie & Will were wonderful to communicate with, as was our fitter on the day of installation. The shutters look gorgeous, and we're saving to get the rest of the house done now!

The service received from Hello Shutters was excellent, from the initial consultation with Charlie, updates from Will at the office and installation by Scott.
I was impressed that my window handles were changed for smaller ones, to allow the shutters to fit closer to the window thus not taking up excessive window sill space. This was not suggested by another company I had in to quote. It definitely makes a difference.
Hello Shutters certainly deserves all the five star reviews it has on trust pilot and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is the third time we have used Hello shutters, they are brilliant. Robin came to measure up and quote- we trust he always gives a competitive quote. We were kept informed of the delivery timescales. Scott fitted the shutters really quickly, he cleared up beautifully! We would highly recommend. Thanks again

5 star service from start to finish..
Excellent communication from measuring up to delivery date and fitting.
Very happy with our shutters we would definitely recommend!

The whole team were great from start to finish. They provided several options but offered great advice on best option for type of house (Victorian house). The waiting time from order to install was considerable but we were made aware of timescales prior to order and then once again nearer the time of install.

Additionally the installation process was quick and easy, We are really happy with our purchase.

Hello Shutters were amazing, really friendly and professional. The delivery was a little later than expected however they kept in touch to let us know why, they were very accommodating and the shutters have been amazing and great quality once fitted.
Thank you!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Great product and the shutters have made a massive difference to our room. They look elegant and more spacious.

Great service from start to finish. Love the shutters. Can’t recommend Charlie and Hello Shutters enough.

Really great service as always.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about delivering high-quality shutters. The installation was seamless, and the craftsmanship is top-notch— our windows were transformed! They took the time to explain our options and helped us choose the perfect style. If you’re looking for high-quality shutters with excellent service, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend more highly. We love our shutters. They’ve been a boon. Easy to clean, keep us warm in winter and cool in summer. Best investment yet.
