Their customer service is top notch. Klyk's team would just go out of their way to help you make the right decision suited to your needs. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I plan on buying all my tech from Klyk after this amazing experience.

A friend recommended Klyk- who collected the device, advised me on the problem, repaired it, cleaned it AND sent it back to him in less than a week!!!!!!!
After this, we were so impressed we also bought a refurbished iMac- for a fraction of the cost of a new one!

Klyk is top notch. I've been using them since their very early days and have bought pretty much all my tech from them. Combining very good pricing for what is otherwise very expensive apple kit and the ability to make a dent in reducing our corporate carbon emissions is pretty neat. Have also experienced their pitch in repairing existing kit to avoid having to fork out money for a replacement has been great too.

They can be overwhelmed at times but understand they've been recruiting to keep up with the rate of client growth.
