I'm sorry to say that we are unable to ship the Waterbricks outside of the US (they only ship ground) - which is why your order was cancelled and refunded. We had previously sent you an email letting you know but it looks like you didn't see it, and for that I am so sorry!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! There was a shipping mix up and they tracked down the package personally. I also had a couple of questions on the item I bought, received answers very promptly.

When I ordered those items

When I ordered those items, I didn't see discount code as my friend mentioned to me. After I ordered them, I received the email with discount code. I emailed customer service representative on Saturday. I was surprised that I got response on same day and got 20% discount. It is really good deal that I am glad that I ordered them. Not sure how long take to shipping. Hope I will get them soon.
