We are so happy with our GOODLAND spa. The shipper had damaged parts of our spa upon delivery, but GOODLAND customer service was quick to resolve our situation with great communication and a speedy replacement. Unforeseen things happen, but it's how you resolve them that matters and GOODLAND handled it with the professionalism that is now lacking in many other companies. Can't recommend them and their products enough.

After several months of owning my Goodland hoses and brass accessories I couldn't be more pleased. The touch and feel of these products exudes the quality, craftmanship & pride in their creation. Each time I use the hoses and valves, I can tell these are going to last for a very long time. Probably the last hoses & fitting I will ever buy. Definitely worth the investment, considering the money I previously wasted on inferior products!

Great service and. Quality products. It was a big splurge, one we debated for a long while, and worth every single penny. Truly, having the hot and cold tubs have enriched our lives in ways we could have expected. We are so grateful to the fine folks of Goodland!

I purchased an Everlasting 25’ garden hose, brass hose nozzle, and brass shut off valve. This set is gorgeous and so well made! I know it was pricey but it is worth it. The quality feels like it will last forever. I was so sick of buying water hoses on Amazon that keep breaking. I made this investment and I am so happy that I did. Highly recommend these products and this company. I’ll be buying more in the future.

We cannot praise our Goodland Tub enough! After investing in one for our first short-term rental over three years ago, we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests. Brass Hose Nozzle: Great product. I ended up buying two and tossed my old hose nozzle straight in the trash. The design is super modern and it looks amazing. People actually ask about it all the time. Functionally, it gets the job done with smooth spray options that feel really natural. My favorite setting is the super wide spray as it lets me cover my entire front garden and the tree next to it in one go. It does it without dumping a ton of water everywhere. You can totally pinpoint specific areas that need watering.
The Goodland Hose is honestly a total game changer. I didn’t think I’d ever get excited about a hose, but here we are. It feels solid and well made, with no weird kinks or leaks. The water pressure stays consistent, and it’s surprisingly easy to move around. It’s got this clean, modern design that gives off Apple-level quality vibes for your garden. I’ve gone through a lot of hoses over the years, and this one actually makes watering kind of fun.

We ordered the wood burning hot tub with a rigid cover and the cover for the fireplace. We love it. Everything feels very high quality. The design is beautiful.
What the pictures don't tell if the wonderful smell of the cedar wood. The proportions make the tub look smaller than it is. It is perfectly fine for two adults and two kids. The heating time of 90-120 min is realistic and it did not feel long yet. It is a treat.

When you love something get it in all the colors! The GOODLAND hose with brass spray spout is not just a stylish upgrade to garden game but it happens to work really well. We bought our first one and used it for a year without disappointment at which time we ordered two more in the other colors. When it’s GOODLAND it’s just good!

As a new gardener I first bought a "hardware store" hose but it kinked often, which was a pain. I thought there must be a better way and I found it with Goodland hoses and their hose hangers. I put in two 6" by 6" posts (32 inches below ground; 42" above) and I really like the results. Love the color, love the design and the poems are a lovely eccentricity! The company has been great to deal with -- real people who make real (and stylish) products. What's not to like? I water almost every day in the summer and these hoses make that chore a JOY.

The best hose I have ever owned. Sometimes a high priced item you are just paying for branding. When it comes to goodland products you are getting the highest quality, worth the investment. The hose is beautiful if a hose can be such as thing - and does not kink. I have gone through several hoses to get to this brand and will continue to support them. Highly recommend.

This is my fourth GOODLAND hose. I won't buy any other hose. The hoses hold up to the harsh conditions in SW Montana and give good service unlike the cheaper hoses I've used before. Best hose around in my opinion.

We absolutely love the Goodland hot tub and so do our short term rental guests! The design is beautiful and minimalist, blending perfectly into natural surroundings. The soaking experience is incredibly relaxing—there’s something special about heating the water with wood that makes the whole process feel grounding and peaceful.

It does take some time to heat up, so planning ahead is key, but it’s well worth the wait and it’s so easy to use! All of the instructional videos and instruction plate are super helpful. We send them to our guests prior to arrival so that they can understand what to expect and know how to use the hot tub! If you’re looking for a more sustainable, off-grid hot tub experience that’s also stylish and well-built, the Goodland hot tub is a fantastic choice! We are so glad we added this unique amenity to our short term rental!

We've also been really impressed with the communication and Goodland’s customer service! Nothing short of a great experience and we’ve appreciated their hard work/dedication.

We love their Everlasting Garden Hose, the color is beautiful, and it delivers on everything promised and does not kink!! We also have the garden hose holder we love the simplicity, as well as three of the brass nozzles and the shut off valves. We plan to replace the rest of our hoses on our property with more Everlasting Garden hoses in the future, they are worth the cost.

I ordered a Goodland Tub and had it shipped to Alaska via Washington state.

It was very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. The tub itself is a testament to quality engineering and production.

Anyone who knows anything about welding or woodworking can tell this is top-notch construction.

The set up was incredibly easy and took about 15 minutes for assembly. We have been using the tub for a couple of weeks now and it has exceeded our expectations.

Heating the tub and maintaining the desired temperature is really easy. I like the fact that it is chemical free and I can use the water from the tub to water my lawn so it is still going to good use.

If you’re off grid, or just want a natural way to soak that doesn’t require electricity, this is the answer.

The tub itself is extremely well made and easy to use. It's such a great way to relax. I was also excited to see that they are constantly adding upgrades or thoughtful features that can be used, like the add-on filter adapter.

I absolutely love the tub! It is really high quality and a beautiful piece of work. I opted for the stairs and the heater cover as well and would recommend these as they really finish things off nicely. For those that enjoy the experience of creating a little fire (and like me love to watch it grow) with the promise of a nice, comfortable hot soak afterwards, this is the perfect product, IMO. It might be too intimate for some if you try to put in 4 adults, but it worked for me and my friends.

We absolutely love our Goodland hottub. Like many others, we have been thinking about the perfect hottub for years, but the chemicals in traditional hottubs are really unappealing and make me itchy! This beautiful, incredibly well made tub is our pride and joy. We have already got a number of friends interested as well for their houses and cottages.
I love so many things about it. The scent of the cedar, the smoothness of the aluminum, the fact that at a slightly lower temperature our grandbaby Charlotte can join us. Swimming outside with snow.on the ground. She loves it! Then out she goes and we add a stick and it is wonderfully hot. And it is gorgeous!
From a practical perspective, the tub arrived on time and in perfect condition. It can be drained and left when we are away, which is so practical. And building fires is a joy, so this "technology " is perfect.

Got my tub and it was in perfect shape and only took me about 10 minutes to put together. Exceptional quality. Had a little trouble with shipping and both owners reached out and it got to me the next day. Love my new tub.
