Jonathan was fantastic

Jonathan was fantastic. He did what he said he was gonna do when he said he was gonna do it. He under promised and over delivered at every point of the process. Everything he said was easy to understand and he lived up to his word. It’s not easy to find an excellent person like this to do business with. I highly recommend him.

Cash flow disaster relief

After a major billing error we had to complete $350,000.00 of concrete walls without getting any payment. I contacted HELLO FUNDING and got preliminary approval for a lone. Unexpectedly I had OPEN HEART SURGERY that put me in the hospital for two weeks. Once I got back remotely to the office I contacted HELLO FUNDING. Terry LeClair and Stephen McTigue worked with me to successfully complete the loan application. Within 10 days I had +/- $600,000 in my checking account. The plan has a 16 month payback plan. I hope to have it repaid in six months

Terry was very helpful and knowledgably about all the lending and loan options we qualified for. I was surprised at how fast he worked. We literally had multiple offers within hours of our call and contracts written up the same day. Would highly recommend.
