Dominique@Edwards handled the offer negotiations brilliantly, and Clare Edwards, along with Katie, went above and beyond to make the entire process from offer acceptance to completion as smooth as possible. They skillfully managed negotiations around survey findings, handled buyer queries, and liaised with solicitors to keep everything on track.

Team Edwards made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Their fees are also significantly lower than other agents, which is impressive considering the amount of effort they put in.

The experience was very pleasant. Staff are responsive and professional. I am glad I was dealing with Edwards and will certainly use their services again. My only feedback is the Goodlord platform they use for collecting tenant info and collection of deposits etc. I found the platform a bit complicated and it would have been beneficial to understand Goodlord's role and the process involved in the tenancy arrangement.

Edwards were fantastic. From the moment we requested a free valuation all the way through to completing on our onward purchase, the team was always available on the phone or via email and knew just how to help in every situation.

Moving house is not easy with plenty of stages for things to go wrong. Edwards were supportive the whole way through making everything as easy as possible. All of their communication was frequent and thorough. A step above all of the other estate agents we dealt with along the way; our completion would not have gone through without them.
