Communication is great just wish charged when sent out instead of when ordered. They do reply quite quickly as do the brands.

Abound is a good B2B marketplace
Abound is a good marketplace to sell B2B. The support is good. At one point we gained many customers on this site, although lately it is has taken a huge downturn in sales. It is comparable to FAIRE, but not as much exposure. They are working on improvements and I truly hope they get things back on track regarding customer exposure.

change to shipping promo
The only reason I used Abound over Faire was for their free shipping promo. Not that their shipping terms have changed I will be less likely to use Abound.

Good but some improvements needed
Quick response times, good customer service. It's easy to update if a customer is an existing customer with us but didn't sign up with our direct link. My only real issues with Abound is that if we ship on our own (which is often much cheaper than shipping through Abound), we do not always get reimbursed for the total shipping cost which is frustrating. The other less than ideal experience is that we have had only 3 new customers total from Abound (we've been active on Abound for over a year now). We get around 5 new retailers in a single week on Faire, so more exposure on this platform would be nice.
