Bought the Final Fantasy bag and it was honestly all garbage. There was maybe one or two items that were at all interesting, and even then it would be only 'mildly interesting.' What I got: some... Zobacz więcej

You answered questioned when I asked about tracking and delivery promptly and very professionally. My delivery arrived and nothing was wrong with anything and I love my gifts.

Great Service Above and Beyond
I never do this but I have not even received my product yet, but I am already thoroughly impressed by Hello Japan. I have received 3 messages already telling me what to expect and also thanking me for my purchase and for helping a small business. Very kind and endearing in today's world.

Great mystery bag
I have used hello Japan twice now as at first I wanted to try an anime mystery bag and was happy with what I received so of course I had to try again . They have a huge variety and you get a few different types of merchandise . I highly recommend for you to try it for yourself or to gift to someone who likes anime .

Amazing merchandise
Amazing merchandise. I've bought two themed bags so far and will be buying more. The merchandise is great quality and all of t is very different, no repeats. Quick delivery considering it came from Japan to England, I was amazed.
A must visit website for those that love Japanese shows and brands. You won't regret it.

Hello Japan brings the cutest & unique mystery grab bags!
Hello Japan brings the cutest & unique swag bags straight from Japan. I have ordered from them twice- now. I have been enjoying the Bleach anime themed bags and when I have even requested a character they tried their absolute best to make that request happen even know they cannot guantee it. Tho- the last time I requested Ichigo merch they went above and beyond. I was stoked with all 15 items they sent and It was indeed " Oops, all Ichigo Kurosaki," Where I collect explicitly Ichigo merch. I would have cried again if they didn't give me Ichigo-themed anime merch. I do truly love their bags, and Hello Japan has gone above and beyond. Even when I have asked for a mystery bag request.
