Δεν συνεργαζόμαστε αρκετό καιρό , οπότε δεν έχουμε πολύ εμπειρία, απο εκεί και πέρα η ομάδα με την οποία συνεργαζόμαστε είναι πολύ ευγενικά παιδιά, αλλά θεωρώ με λίγη εμπειρία με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε πάντα κάτι ωραίο στα χέρια μας. Η αλήθεια είναι πως ίσως πρέπει να δώσουμε λίγο χρόνο γιατί συνεργαζόμαστε πολύ λίγο, αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές υπάρχουν κάποια κενά, εκτός του ότι τα παιδία είναι πολύ καλα και ευγενικά!

Είμαστε εξαιρετικά ευγνώμονες στην Hellenic Technologies για την εξαιρετική δουλειά που έκαναν για εμάς. Η εξειδίκευσή τους στο digital marketing και το server-side tracking άλλαξε εντελώς τον τρόπο με τον οποίο κατανοούμε και μετράμε την απόδοση της online παρουσίας μας. Πριν συνεργαστούμε μαζί τους, αντιμετωπίζαμε σημαντικές δυσκολίες στην παρακολούθηση της αποτελεσματικότητας των καμπανιών μας και στην ακριβή απόδοση των μετατροπών. Ωστόσο, η ομάδα τους υλοποίησε μια ισχυρή λύση server-side tracking που όχι μόνο έλυσε τα προβλήματα απόδοσης, αλλά μας παρείχε και πιο βαθιές πληροφορίες για τη συμπεριφορά των χρηστών. Overpriced and unprofessional
Our experience with Hellenic Technologies started on March 2023 when we signed and accepted their offer for our new ERP and Woocommerce website.
Their talented salesperson (literally speaking), during their sales ceremony, followed by a manager of the company, managed to convince us during a 2 hour meeting in our shop, that if we chose Hellenic Technologies for our website redesign and ERP solution, they could take our digital presence to the next level with no hassle and delays. In fact they promised that they will copy all our products as they were in our previous insfrastructure and they would import them in a better, faster and google friendly website. To support that promise, they informed us about big companies that have trusted them, and this was backed up by their good ratings on trustpilot. Unfortunately for us, that was miles away from reality.
We have prepared a short summary of specific issues we faced in this unpleasant cooperation here below.
- 7 month delay to deliver our project from agreed date.
- Inability to properly import our products and their data to our new website. Even though everything was available to them from our previous website.
- Inability to import our bilingual content even though everything was available to them from our previous website. They asked us to do it ourselves manually because it would take them a lot of time...
- Besides our detailed brief, we had to exchange around 400 e-mails with them during the process.
- They delivered a slow website.
- Unacceptable errors on Skroutz Marketplace integration (for almost 2 months, half of our products were visible on Skroutz).
- Malfunctioning shipping method (box now).
- 5-10 seconds delay to add products into cart (products with colors)
- Inability to create proper filters and specs for each product category even though everything was available to them from our previous website.
- They misinformed our new digital agency and they hid information so when we were about to transfer our site to the new infrastructure and go live, we were down for 5 hours with no website. Well done Hellenic Technologies. Thank you for the unprofessional treatment all the way.
So to conclude this honest and accurate review the 1 star they get is for some of their employees' effort (eventhough we expected more), and the 4 starts they didn't get is for their poor project management, poor after launch support, poor communication and above all their lack of empathy and arrogant attitude.

Furthermore, during the course of our collaboration, there were multiple instances where your communication with our team was inappropriate and, at times, insulting. Despite these instances, our staff remained professional and continued to provide support. We appreciated your subsequent apologies for your behavior and continued to assist you in good faith, ensuring that your business needs were met.
Additionally, concerning your review history, it is noteworthy that the majority of your reviews on Google My Business are one-star reviews for other companies you’ve worked with or places you’ve visited. While every customer has the right to express their opinion, we believe this is important context for those reading your feedback. Anyone following your Google My Business profile trail will immediately notice this pattern, which might suggest a recurring issue in your interactions with multiple businesses.
Furthermore, we feel it is important to advise other businesses or vendors working with you to exercise caution, as there is a risk of delivering a project only to face unfair criticism or negative reviews, even after resolving issues and completing the work as agreed.
Timeline and delays: You mentioned a 7-month delay. Our contract specified a 16-20 week completion time. We delivered the project for review on September 14, 2023, with additional delays due to your change requests and delays in providing data. Despite this, the project was delivered fully operational.
Product data import: The delays were due to formatting issues from the old ERP system you used. We manually resolved the issues and successfully imported all products without additional cost.
Bilingual content: We were responsible only for installing the translation mechanism, not content entry. We offered four alternatives for content import, but you declined. The system was fully set up as agreed.
Email communication: The exchange of 400 emails reflects our dedication to resolving your ongoing requests and ensuring the project was completed thoroughly.
Website speed: The website speed is influenced by external factors. We offered optimization services, which you declined, but ensured the site was fast and responsive for users.
Skroutz Marketplace integration: Issues with Skroutz were due to incomplete product data from your side. We worked through these challenges, and the integration was completed successfully.
Shipping method (Box Now): Issues with Box Now stemmed from limitations in their plugin, not our work. We created a custom mechanism that met your needs and ensured everything was fully operational.
Cart delay for colored products: You mentioned a delay in adding colored products to the cart, but our tests did not show this issue.
Filters and specifications: We implemented the filters you requested based on the product data you provided. No issues were raised during the project.
Misinforming your new digital agency: We provided all necessary information promptly and helped with the transition, despite no longer being responsible. This can be confirmed by your new agency.
We went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered operationally and met your expectations. All of this can be proven through our email exchanges, where you thanked us for resolving these issues.
