All around great experience and product

Great heels, great quality and very fun options. When I had an issue with my shoes, they were very responsive, kind and helpful. They sent out a new pair after there was a fault with mine. I got the new pair within a week. Highly recommend.

Worst experience EVER!

Worst experience EVER. I’ve ordered hundreds of things online from hundreds of places and I’ve never had such an awful customer service experience on top of the shoes being extremely poor quality.
1) The shoes were over $300 for two pairs. Both shoes are sloppily made and falling apart without even being worn. Crazy.
2) They take at least 3-4 days to reply to any inquiry or email no matter how urgent and will only reply with messages that are vague and not helpful.
3) I did not want either shoe. I had the worst time trying to get them delivered. I owe $260 on tarrifs because Hella Heels misclassified the shoes (they swear they didn’t but 15+ UPS workers say otherwise.) And they will not offer me a full refund. I was advised to refuse delivery so they could reship them without the additional fees. Rather than that happening, UPS repeatedly reached out to Hella Heels to get approval to ship the packages back to them as they’d have to pay a little in fees to get it back. Despite literally telling me to do this, Hella Heels would not answer UPS and accept the packages. Causing me to be money less and shoe less and my packages to be held. Hella Heels also claims this did not happen, but I have PROOF from UPS themselves as I spoke to over 15 people who said the same thing and eventually went to the UPS hub to find out what was happening. Hella Heels lied over and over again while I had proof.
4) Despite not having the shoes until last week (in which it took me literally calling UPS everyday for weeks until I found the package and me going to the UPS hub to explain the situation in depth to get) I was billed for the fees without even having the shoes!!! I was literally told not having them I would not have to pay anything, but I got a bill while the shoes were allegedly on the way back to Hella Heels. This is directly Hella Heels fault as they told me over email that my packages were on the way back to them and my tracking wasn’t updating (I have proof of this all) when in reality they were being held and I was being billed because Hella was not accepting the package.
5) It took me a month to get the heels. I don’t want them. I can’t return them because I risk having another situation like this except being moneyless + shoeless + in debt for the crazy bill I got. They only offered a 10% refund for all of this hassle and no resolution to the bills I got. I opened claims with my bank but that doesn’t even guarantee I’ll get my money back nor does that change the fact that I now owe $260 to UPS due to Hella Heels negligence.
6) Ive ordered from sites that came from the last page of google. I’ve ordered from sites where not a single person on the team speaks any english. I’ve literally NEVER had a company lie to me over and over and over again. I’ve never had his horrible of an experience just for shoes that don’t even look that good.

We are truly sorry your orders have been affected by the brief period of time the new Trump Import Tariffs have been in effect and we understand how frustrating and inconvenient the whole situation would have been. This has been rather unprecedented times for our team, who went above and beyond to deal with the situation as best as they could, with the limited and changing information that was available at the time.

There seems to be a few statements factually incorrect in your review, therefore we would like to take this opportunity to address them.

1.) As advised in our email reply to you, as well as our answer to your post on our Hella Heels Fan Club Facebook group, our shoes are handmade, which might sometimes result in small imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the shoe. We have apologised that you have received an imperfect pair that should have been caught by our quality control team, and given you a possible resolution option over email. However, we haven't heard back from you even after following up.

2.) As advised in our email auto reply, we aim to reply within 2 business days. However, we also advise that if multiple messages on the same chain are sent, this pushes the chain to the back of the queue as we work oldest to newest messages. Furthermore, following the issue with tariffs, there were hundreds of affected orders and customers to contact and respond to. Despite all this, we have prioritised all tickets pertinent to the US tariff issue. In fact, I can see all your emails were responded to within two business days. We are sorry if you feel some of our replies were vague and appreciate it could feel frustrating, but we wouldn't want to say something without having confirmed information to back it up with.

3.) & 4.) I have checked the Commercial Invoice and can confirm we have not misclassified the shoes, they had the same HS code and Country of Origin on the invoice as all our other shoes. Marking them as something else in order to avoid tariffs would be illegal. We have requested clarification from UPS on their claims of misclassification and they haven't got back to us. If you have any more concrete information from UPS about such misclassification, please do share this with us over email so we can address it. We are unable to offer you a refund for import fees, since these fees go to UPS not Hella Heels. We have advised our customers over email and Facebook group post that Hella Heels cannot cover these fees and therefore the delivery should be refused, should the customer be (understandably) unwilling to pay those charges. At no point did UPS reach out to us, and our 3rd party warehouse confirmed no such requests have been made by UPS. On the contrary, our warehouse have been proactively in touch with their UPS agent about all affected orders, requesting their recall and status update.

5.) The 10% refund offered was for imperfections on one pair. Since it was a limited edition that sold out in seconds, we couldn't offer you an exchange for another pair. We haven't heard back from you even after following up. When checking on the second order, since tracking stated it was delivered to you, we have been advised by you on 3rd March you haven't received this order yet and we haven't heard back from you since. However, a chargeback has been opened by your bank on this order on 27th February.

6.) We did our best to provide updates and resolutions based on the limited and changing information we've had available at any given time. We are sorry if this was not in accord with what UPS have been saying to you, however, that does not mean Hella Heels lied to you, and we would never do such a thing.

We hope this helps clarify things. Once again, we are sorry you have had such an unfortunate experience with us due to the unprecedented import tariffs issue.

Hella Iconic, Hella Worth It— Purr

I absolutely love Hella Heels! Their products are super high-quality and hella cute. I always get compliments on my outfits when I wear them.

I have several bikinis, sandals, and boots, and let me tell you—the “bungee” effect of their string bikinis? Chef’s kiss. It gives such a lovely bounce effect up top ;)

I have super narrow feet, and Hella Heels are the only heels on the market (that I know of) that don’t give me the dreaded shrimp cocktail effect when wearing sandals. And let’s talk about their knee/thigh-high boots—built-in knee pads? Genius. The tongue of the shoe is basically an incognito knee pad, and I’m obsessed.

Beyond the iconic designs, their customer service is phenomenal. Any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it quickly and made me feel like a queen they truly value. And that? That makes me want to keep buying from them.

I also love that they actually listen to dancer feedback and update the fit of their shoes accordingly. I’ve felt the upgrade in comfort when they release new iterations—again, chef’s kiss.

They’re always dropping cute new styles and outfits, keeping my dancewear fresh and fun. As a stage girly, I need high-quality equipment that holds up, and Hella Heels is always worth the investment. I feel confident at the club, and my customers can’t get enough of my it-girl energy. YE$ pls and ty!

Amazing customer service!!

Amazing customer service!!
I ordered as a first time customer with Hella Heels and had to make a return. Customer service was kind, extremely helpful, and was able to process my return as quick as possible. Daphnie was very quick to respond and made the entire process smooth. The pair of boots I did keep are flawless, so comfortable, and extremely well made. They are definitely worth spending a little more than other heel companies.

Best customer service

I initially had issues with a missing package from Hella. UPS did nothing to help me, so I’m glad I reached out to Hella because they went above and beyond. They offered to send me another pair of shoes nearly free of additional charge. Whenever they said they would get back to me through email, they surely followed through. Overall, I trust their customer service. Also, the quality of their products is amazing!

Beautiful shoes!

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I will say they do run small, I am an 8.5 and I have a wide foot, I bought a size 10 and I'm SO glad I did. I got the thigh high viper boots and I LOVE them!

Good service

Good service. It took a little time, but they did resend the items FedEx lost and they even let me add some shoe protectors that weren’t originally part of my order. (I obviously payed for those :) )

Great customer service

Great customer service! I love the shoes but had a small problem after wearing them once. I reached out to them and they were very caring and kind and replaced my shoes. Definitely recommend! Durable shoes and my pole instructor and I love them!

Hella Fan

This is my second time shopping with Hella Heels--first time shopping their Black Friday week sale! I'm so grateful they offer an hour ahead for anyone on their mailing list to get first-pick, and their deals are actually DEALS. I got their Classic Stiletto in Lilac for $55 instead of $110! That's 50% off the list price. Not 20 or 15 or some smaller amount that isn't really different than any other sale they may be having. They arrive today and you know I've been excited to get them because I check my shipping update every day multiple times a day! Hellas are SO comfy, chic, AND they support dancers. I won't ever be going back to Pleaser. Not when Hella has deals like this <3
