The staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. I realize that they are short staffed, however it took 3 days to process my application and get it approved. When I went in to close the loan, the computer kept acting up and I was there for 1 1/2 hours just to do the paperwork. From observing, I would say the communication with home office is the problem. I know that Melissa and Matt kept doing all they could, but the computer kept locking up. Even though the interest rate is Extremely high, this staff is the reason I came to First Heritage.
