Today, Madison, who is temporarily at the McKinney location, helped me with a refinance, and she was absolutely delightful. She made the process go completely smoothly, and she was a joy to talk with through the whole process. I can only assume each employee goes through training that includes making customers feel comfortable and valued. And, Ron, in McKinney, must continually encourage customer-value behavior, because each call that I speak to he or Kelley makes me feel valued and brightens my day. Thank you!

Laura Dickey in the McKinney office is the sweetest lady. We had trouble downloading she took it upon herself to take care of it. Everything was completed in no time money already in my account. She is a pleasure to talk to
