I wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. I am also still waiting for a refund.
I had an email to say they had processed the refund 16 days after the email telling me they had received the goods but still no actual refund. I will be contacting my bank to ask for a chargeback if the funds do not appear in the next few days.
By law, an online retailer has a maximum of 14 days to issue a refund so I think it's time people start reporting them to Trading Standards!

I have just returned a dress that was not suitable and after 10 days am still waiting for a refund. Will not be buying from them again.
Lovely items but refund policy lets the company down
Heidi Klein swimwear is lovely and some of the best I have purchased but the amount of time it takes for a refund to be processed lets the company down. They say it can take up to15 days and now we are on 15 days I am still waiting for my refund to come through. Just not acceptable when other companies which are not as high class can refund within 8-10 days.
It does make me want to rethink about my purchases from Heidi Klein in the future.

Heidi Kleins customer service team really are second to none. I contacted them when the clasp of my bikini snapped. Despite the bikini not even being this season, they sourced and sent me two replacements. All of which, was on a complimentary basis, and done with such politeness and care. Heidi Klein thoroughly deserves their high quality reputation. Thank you.

Heidi klein have still not refunded me…
Heidi klein have still not refunded me after a month! They have sent a recieved swimsuit return email and several emails to them and no reply!!! They still owe me a refund and I would advise NOT to order from them directly due to their terrible customer service and tricky management to get hold of them, and NO refund or response, I’ll keep trying to contact them.
Impossible to get refund
Great bikinis but has been chasing a refund since March! Said it was refunded in June but still not showing up on my account and it's August 22! Call everyday but line is always busy. Have been emailing but no response so not sure how to get m y $372 back???

I’ve bought and worn HK bikinis for years, great bikinis and last well. I’ve never had to return one so can’t comment on their refund policy but the product is good. I always get comments about my bikinis

The customer service is fantastic - very helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with any inquiries. They go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience.
Delivery is impressively quick, and even the 15 working days return processing time doesn't discourage me from shopping with them again. I always receive my orders promptly.
I highly recommend Heidi Klein to anyone looking for high-quality swimwear, fast delivery, and excellent customer service, which is so rare these days
15 days for a refund?
I really want to know why it’s going to take 15 days to receive a refund??? And from what I’m seeing here, probably even longer?
Warning refunds can take up to 1 month
If you a returning items to Heidi Klein please be aware that it can take more than three - four weeks for you to receive a refund. Unlike Melissa Ob who I ordered items from at the same time as Heidi Klein and was refunded for my returns nearly straight away. I will think twice before ordering from Heidi Klein again.

Having has to pay £5 to return the item I am still wearing for a refund even though they’ve had the item back. 15 days from acknowledgment of return is ridiculous in the age of digital banking. Won’t buy from them again

For a luxury brand with an expensive…
For a luxury brand with an expensive price point, their service, delivery and refund policy can at best be described as very slow.
I bought a swimsuit from their own website in the sale (still £150) I had to pay £5 online for postage to return the item (really?) via an online portal and I'm still waiting for a refund.
They advise of 15 working days for a refund - in an age of digital banking no less.
It's just slow and compared to other stockists of their brand (Matches as an example, who are excellent), really poor.
Their products may be desirable but their after sales isn't. I would not order from them again
Had ro chase refund twice
Swimwear is good quality however the sizing is inconsistent which makes online shopping difficult. I have made 2 online orders with Heidi Klein and on both occasions I have had to chase the company to isue my refund. I can forgive it happening once, but anything more is unacceptable. I will not be buying from Heidi Klein again.

Again the same issue as below. I like the products but the customer service is dreadful and the sly way they do everything to avoid refunding you is bad business practise. They say they need five days to reply to an email. Still waiting. Their phone lines are switched off before their working hours are finished. Finally I managed to contact someone who after saying sorry there had been some sort of a delay said they would refund me by the end of the week. Product returned and acknowledge 2nd June so 21days to refund. It is against their terms and conditions, 14 days and simply just not good enough. These are high value items. Would think seriously before every ordering again.

I ordered online quite a few items and when I returned them, they did not refund all items I returned although I have an email where they have acknowedged each and every item I returned (Order ID: 9087).
Considering how expensive their products are and how much money they make, you would expect they would have much better customer services.
Out of principle I will never buy again from there regardless how much I like their products.
