I am also a scam victim of this company. Don't know what we can do.

They took my money and I never received the yarn that I ordered. They blamed it on the delivery company saying that the address was wrong, but that’s just a bunch of crap. They are totally dishonest and I would never buy anything from them again.

Paid for express shipping on Feb 20. My item is still stuck in Italy on Mar 6 with no current tracking since Mar 3. Customer service is no help. Requested refund, but they said no and told me to"be patient." Buyer beware! Terrible company to work with. I am now suspecting a scam.

I feel this is a fake company . I ordered several items in Oct of 2025 and never received them . I have been emailing the company since the end of November they send a canned response saying my package is on the way. I can’t get in touch with anybody. I’ve definitely been scammed and lost my money.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered back in October and still haven't received it. They even stop giving updates on tracking once it gets to the USA. I would give this company a negative score if possible!

Item was deliver as described in approx 3 weeks

I was sent a completely different product than what I ordered, and was offered a pathetically small refund when I complained. Do not trust.

I would rate -100 if possible. Their site needs a giant SCAM posted on it. I waited and contacted multiple times and finally got the wrong item. To return and get a refund , they claimed, would cost me a lot in shipping. While I was waiting for my first item I foolishly ordered the gingerbread golf thing. Months later I get a tiny board that looked like a gingerbread house. No where near what was advertised. How can Facebook continue to accept their advertising? It’s a waste of time to complain to Facebook because they say to contact the site and won’t do anything.

I ordered wrapping paper and got ONE SHEET that WASN'T EVEN AS BIG AS MY STOVE TOP!!!! THIS is what I waited almost TWO MONTHS to receive?? I am FUMING!!!

I saw an ad on FB from Hedition for an Advent Calendar. I left a message asking where this ships from. I was told USA. So I ordered it. I got a confirmation email that said it was shipping from Finland. And it said Express Shipping 3-7 days. It's been over a month.

I noticed that they used a "tracking" website called Tracking-Hub.com, which is 100% fake.

It is now November 10th, 2025, and it's been "sitting" in Meridian, MS since last week. I have had another issue with this "tracking-hub" site and it is 100% fake. Scammers use it so you will think you're getting your item.

Anyway, I just sent an email the Hedition asking for a refund as they lied about where it was shipped from, and the length of shipping. They immediately replied says that they have sent is express and gave me another tracking #. Which is funny as that tracking # shows that it this new request was sent out a week ago. They must have Psychic powers that told them that I would be asking for a refund on the 10th.

Order was to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. Never received my order and tracking updated every 3 days and when it got to the United States The tracking stopped. This is a bunch of thieves and scammers and Facebook has done nothing to stop it. I found out the ring is being offered on several different sites which all sites offering this ring is scamming sites. We the American people should sue Facebook for supporting these scam sites.

Ordered a gift for a friend before moving. It never arrived. Emailed them numerous times and all I got was blah, blah, blah. DO NOT buy anything from this company

Placed order 9/24/25 with shipping 3-5 days. It is now 11/05 and still no sign of package and tracking has stopped. Reached out to customer service and only response was “sorry it left our facility”

I did not receive the merchandise I ordered 8/14/25.
I have written to them twice. They tell me to be patient. Also tracking information shows it sitting in Salem Oregon, an hour from where I live.

1. My oder was supposedly at 50% off. A cost was in my order confirmation. My cc was charged more.... they'd hidden the TAX. It was 50% of my discount.
2. They said EXPRESS Shipping of 5-7 days. Would be 'notified when shipped'. It's been 10 days & I've never been notified. 3. I just sent an inquiry. BUT, what was I thinking.... I should have read these reviews first.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Hedition.com Biggest bunch of Scammers ever, they offer very low prices for goods, give you all the location updates and nothing turns up. I had to threaten them with going to police and fraud department. I eventually got my money back, but thats how they work, they hope you do not ask for money back and just forget about everything. Theyre based in Hong Kong but tell you they work out of the US, bunch of sheisters!!

Fake company touting American made products - they are in China! You will see many different company names touting the same products and verbiage along with a HURRY for 50% discount! They just keep creating more companies
