I was away for 1 month and used this service to park my car. While I was away they used my car for who knows what and then I got a parking fine through of my car parked in a random street in London, not in a ‘secure compound’ as advertised. After receiving the parking fine I tried to communicate with the company and received basically zero communication via email, texts or phone calls. Appalling behaviour and appalling company

Horrendous.

Dropped off car and returned from holiday to a parking ticket on a public street.
Upon reporting this,Heathrow airport parking service they told me sometimes the drivers do things we don’t know about!
They still have not paid fine! AVOID!

They now ignore us

My experience of Heathrow Airport Parking Services, booked through Compare The Parking Deals, is they should both be avoided at all costs.
I endured a 3 hour wait for my car to be returned, due unbelievably to ‘not knowing where they had parked my car’ and the employee responsible ‘was not answering his phone’ Thankfully my car was returned, but I have real concerns where it was left for 3 weeks! Subsequent emails have been ignored.

I have learnt a lesson, and in future will steer of the many operators who seem to flourish at the budget end of meet and greet parking comparison websites.

I wish I could give a negative scoring as this company has appalling service. They are very unorganised, my car was returned with a damaged clutch, wet and dry mud inside and outside, and they double dipped on the airport parking tariff (£8 x 4). Of course my complaint was unanswered. Not sure how they can still be in business, their service should be illegal

Update: I also received a parking ticket while this company still had my car. Of course he response from them when I tried to make contact. In fact they reject my calls!

Booked meet and greet parking (Ref: LHR-MG-001146). On return, calls went unanswered for over 20 minutes. Driver arrived much later than promised.

Vehicle was returned filthy and with no fuel despite being left with half a tank. My 21-year-old daughter had to stop on the M1 to refuel at premium prices.

We were also charged £16 (£8 entry / £8 exit) which was never disclosed at booking.

Formal complaint and final notice sent — no response at all.

Very poor service and would not recommend.

Seemed vague when we dropped the car off. Handed the key to someone that took no pictures of the vehicle or no proof who they were. When we questioned it he did show us the booking on the phone. So we weren’t filled with much confidence but the paperwork all tied up.
Upon collecting the car, I called them as suggested and was told the car would be with us in 10 minutes. 7 calls later and numerous different excuses (one was the car was defrosting) we could see on the tracker exactly where the car was and that it hadn’t even been started. I was given 2 different drivers numbers and 3 hours later I was about to call the police when they insisted it was 10 minutes away. Eventually we got the car but it was stressful. AVOID this company.

Do not use this company. They were 45 mins late, never answered the phone and then phoned to find us snd they had just arrived at the wrong terminal. It cost me a fortune to book someone else last minute.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Not only were they over an hour late with the car, pretending it ”wouldn’t start”… rather than admitting they were running late or that they’ve parked it too far away, we now also have TWO parking tickets from where they parked ILLEGALLY with the vehicle. Diabolical service, NEVER book with these.

Shocking service. Left waiting for an hour for our car to be returned at T5 with 3 small kids. Times given not accurate and we were lied to on the phone. 4 calls till our car arrived.

Our drop off at Terminal 5 seemed efficient but when we collected our car 2 weeks later there was damage to the front bumper. The car was drivable and we were on our way to Scotland so we carried on and said we'd be in touch about the repair.
I have emailed now 6 times with no reply and used their complaints section on their website also with no response. The bill was ￡100 so it didn't break the bank on this occasion but I would never use or recommend their service again. Very disappointing and worrying if more damage had been done

Awful service - Waited an hour and half for them to drop off our cars and only bought 2 out of the 3 in our group. After calling them 3 times they stopped answering and were hanging up on us.
Don’t waste your time booking with them

Left us waiting for nearly 1 and a half hours with 2 small children. Then drove off with our keys and left us panicking and worried at midnight. AVOID.

Bunch of crooks. Waited for over an hour (after arriving at 11.30pm) told to wait in the terminal for their call “so we wouldn’t get cold!”. When they eventually called, car was left with not only our keys but another cars key. No sign of the driver. He then told us to leave the Nissan key on the wheel arch of another car. He left a used ticket so we couldn’t get out of the car park. Drove to barrier, explained to operator what happpned, our ticket was used on another vehicle who’d parked for 3 days. Airport operator has also reported .

Terrible service. No proper signage, thought was run by Holiday inn but just a man in a nearby car park. Wanted extra £12 cash on arrival. Didn’t face cash so they s as us bring when you return. Old minivan transport to airport. Stank of cigarette smoke. Told would be 10mins. 3 terminals and drop offs later we had arrived after 35 minutes. On pick up we waited an hour and then had to go round to another terminal. Took an hour and a half to return to car. Phone communication was awful. Difficult to understand. Not clear as to where to wait. No logo or info on minivan or in car park . Our car was parked up on a verge and absolutely covered in horrendous bird droppings. D onot use this company.

Absolute cowboy outfit .wait Langley Station car arrive30 mins later ..to small for our luggage..goes away comes back again takes us to T5
On return called number waited 45 mins had to load our own luggage no help from the owner then took us back to Langley railway station took out the luggage ourselves again he then drove off to his Safe and Secure compound which I believe was a field about a mile up the main rd why not take us there in the first place get our car and go I know he didn't want us to see his Safe and Secure compound he returned about 15 min with our car which turned out had been damaged scratches to rear bumper which wasn't there on first drop off he couldn't argue as we had taken photos he looked at it said get a quote and proceeded to run off he had to go back to collect his taxi from the compound
What a very unprofessional business take my advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY avoid at all costs COWBOY OUTFIT

What a shambles!!!! After an 18hr journey, we were left standing for over an hour for our car.
I called them as instructed as soon as we got off the flight, and we were still waiting at the pick up point for an hour and 10 min.

I will never never never again use this company. Amatures!

Appalling service. Contacted them as advised at our baggage collection. 1 hour later after a 13 hour flight we were finally, after several unhelpful phonecalls later, collected to go and get our car. We had rang and rang to be advised that our car was not available, we were 8th in the queue, and would have to be picked up and taken to the compound where it was. Each phone call we made was extremely difficult to actually find out what was going on. Communication was diabolical, most of the chasing phone call’s we were told nothing. Finally we were collected to be taken in some other customers car to the compound where our car was, still to find it was not ready. After having to move vehicles to get to our car we finally got it back. Arrived home 2 hours later than expected despite our flight being on time. Totally unsatisfactory service. Definitely will not be using this company again.
