People on the Discord server is nice and helpful. Products are great, documentation is extensive and they partner up with other solutions to make system more engaging.

Amazing customer service
Started using the Steamworks Complete Asset on the unity store from Heathen. Went on the discord to see if it was active either from users or from the staff itself to get me some help. One of if not the best customer service ive had. I ask a question probably a similar question many others have asked but I couldn't find answer of, and i get almost an instant answer from staff. And it's not just a quick link to something I've read and don't really understand anyway since I'm here asking. Or just a quick reply just assuming I'll figure it out. No i get pretty much step by step on how it could be solved and sent links to read more about it. And it's explained in a way you can understand from new beginner to a pro. Based on that since I don't have any of their other products i highly recommend them and my experience was top notch.

Not as good as the cover
The use of the asset is more complicated than it should be. It highly lacks examples of usage. The developer is incapable of understanding customer needs and issues. The developer does not provide easy support, rather sends links to the documentation which often is not the full answer needed.

We are always working to improve our documentation and sample scenes as they are critical to our asset and our community. Steamworks has a set of new sample scenes added just this month based on community requests. Do have a look and let us know what you think of them.
As to understanding our customers’ needs and issues. We invest heavily in support and community, offering free support through our Discord server where our developers are present and active as well as via email when and where needed. We author and maintain a robust knowledge base to try and provide you with self-help tools wherever possible. And provide a set of sample and example scenes to demonstrate most common use cases that can be demonstrated on the 480 Spacewars test app.
We however do not offer 1-on-1 dedicated SLA (Service Level Agreement) based support. I am sorry if that was not clear to you before; that support is freely available but limited to an active community and best efforts by our small team.
