We purchased the full sauna setup. We managed to get a great deal on black friday, and took the plunge. 10 minutes after opening the box, we had the sauna heating to use. We are seriously excited with how hot it gets inside, and how much we both sweat. The time works out well for us both to use on one cycle. 60 min max, 25 min each with a 10 min warm up. The red light and PEMF has been a wonderful addition as well. We use it daily and sometimes twice a day. Definitely order more towels so you can really utilize the sauna more often. We have three in total and keep them rotating in the washer. The customer service is top notch as well! We had a minor issue shipping, and a label fell off delaying the delivery a few days. The company quickly responded within hours and rectified everything and some. Wonderful company and great products.

I learned about sauna blankets watching youtube from Siim Land who made a video about the benefits of these that was sponsored by Bon Charge. While theirs seems to be a good product I found it quite pricy and they had pretty bad shipping conditions at least in Europe where you needed to pay extra to even get insured delivery and I read bad things about their customer support and how they filter reviews on their website to only show good ones. Then I read a ton of review articles, compared other sauna blankets brands and came across heat healer. The reason why I decided on the product was the size to accommodate taller people (I am 6’2 / 188), that it’s non toxic (and also some space material not the PU “leather” that many other ones use), that it hits the same high temperature that bon charge does, that it comes with a cotton insert and pillow, and especially that it comes with 3 years warranty and after that you get 50% off a new one which I find amazing and gave me confidence that it’s not gonna break down within a short period of time, unlike all the other 1 year warranty products. I needed to get in touch with CS for some delivery wishes that I had and later when I bought extra blanket insets and their CS (Mike who I always talked to) was super responsive, accommodating and nice. I am in no way affiliated with the company and don’t usually write reviews but it was an usually good experience.
To the blanket itself: I’ve used it for about 2 months now. About 4/5 times per week, and my partner has also used it and loves it.
The very first use did produce a slight “new” smell which I think is completely normal and it went away entirely quite soon after. The use is easy and I do sweat a ton but it does take me about 20min of being in the sauna blanket to actually start sweating. I think thats normal for sauna blankets in general though. And I do preheat for about 20-30min which I think is essential. It is fine to use by yourself but it does help to have someone present to kinda fold a towel over the top to give you an ideal heat seal. Overall it makes a really good impression on me, solid, well made, stored away easily. Cleaning is easy too. I let it evaporate and cool down for 30min and then take a wet cloth to wipe it down and stow it away when fully dry. Once a week I do the same just a bit more thoroughly with a mild soap.
After the use I feel incredible, super relaxed and besides relaxing my muscles (esp shoulders and upper back which I hold a lot of tension in that I normally struggle to let go), I personally also feel a great mental health benefit. Ive been a sauna fan for a long time but I actually love the ability to lay on a comfortable surface and listen to music or a podcast or sth and I’m genuinely looking forward to using it every time. I’m at the point where I feel good getting out after 50min (60 min is maximum). I only did 15min Finnish sauna sessions in the past but it’s not really comparable. The first 20-25min are really more deep relaxation and then it becomes progressively more challenging. Sometimes I do 55min but that is more than sufficient for me. I don't know anything about the jade and tourmaline crystals but I guess they help distribute infra red? Im not sure but it gives it a special feel, maybe just placebo but I like it. I read in a review that someone felt they got too warm. That’s not my experience but I do always use a towel and that heat healer insert.
It’s easily my favorite purchase this year and I since got another for my friend for Christmas.
For context, I have not used other brand’s sauna blankets so I can only compare it to a normal sauna and based on the product facts and price which i think is really good for what you get.

The heat healer sauna arrived and was very easy to assemble. It works incredibly. Heats up super fast. I feel incredibly relaxed in it and extremely energized after. The only downside is I wish it had more red lights. The customer service was excellent. I got quick replies about delivery updates and accessory items I wanted to add. Love it!

Amazing product and amazing customer service! Any issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently and the heat healer is a fabulous product. I suffer from a chronic health problem and it hasn’t cured me but certainly helps with a lot of my symptoms and my husband also now uses it to help with a lot of his aches and pains. Excellent customer service and a trustworthy company. My shipment of SIBIN BIAN STONE was delivered to a wrong address by Canada Post. Mike from Heathealer responded to my email within minutes and was able to send me another shipment within 2 days. This is what I call service. I will be definitely buying from them going forward. After about a year of research and weighing my options, I finally took the leap and bought the energy sauna. I am beyond happy with my choice. the day it arrived I woke up that morning with terrible shoulder pain- I could not lift my arm. I used the infrared sauna along with the PEMF mat set to frequency for muscle recovery ( alongside ice therapy and at home physical therapy) within a couple of days it was 80% better and within a week it was 100.
My husband and I have also noticed that we have been sleeping better, have more energy (probably from sleeping better), and are generally more relaxed. I love that I can set the heat lower if I just want the infrared heat therapy without getting sweaty but can really turn it up if I wanna sweat it out.
I also want to add that the customer service has been amazing. Their response time is impeccable- whenever I had a question I received a response within 24 hours.
If you're thinking about getting an energy sauna...do yourself a favor and buy it. I promise you won't regret it.

We've had our Energy Sauna for a month now and LOVE it! My husband and I use it at least 4-5 times a week and seen a huge improvement in our energy, sleep, and we've even seen a few pounds lost from this amazing sauna. It's really easy to set up and take down. The only thing that took us a little bit figure out is the timing for both of us to use it, it needs to cool down for at least 30 minutes before the other person can use it. This is now a part of our evening routine and is by far the best recovery investment we have! Heat Healers customer service is amazing too! Quickly responds and is always very helpful.

I was hesitant to order the energy sauna because it was a new product and I could not find any consumer reviews. I have used inexpensive home infrared saunas before and they were always disappointing --- mainly, not hot enough or taking hours to heat up.

I finally took the plunge and ordered a sauna and I can't say enough how much I love this sauna. It gets wildly hot (and quickly) and I am satisfactorily sweating. Love the red lights. The tube is long enough for someone my height (5'7") to be entirely inside the sauna if desired.

On top of it all -- the customer service has been top notch. I was excitedly impatient for shipping and I emailed for an update -- my email was quickly answered with a detailed update. I had a couple of other questions during set up that were promptly addressed, and on arrival my sauna cover was ripped and they have shipped out a new one. I completely recommend the product and company -- everyone should have one!

This review is after a year of use (cost at that time January 2023 = £478, the company had a new years discount of £95.60, thank you – final tally £382.40... IMHO worth every penny)

Cons:
Difficult to disconnect electrical Bakerlite-type plug on the blanket (my experience is that brittle plastics need gentle touch). If plug is connected & disconnected often, e.g. to place in storage bag, I predict this attachment might become fragile & a potential weakness in the design. Any broken plug will require a competent & skilled electrician to repair or replace.
Weight of fabric around foot area is a little awkward, with heavy gauge fabric resting on toes. However all heat-bag devices on the market appeared likewise.

Full Review:
subjectively, this product gave a good health & wellbeing effect. It provided at least 24 hours of residual & core well being after the very first session.
Me, 59 years, 6 foot 1”, 16 stone, male.
Have used it 1-2 times a week in the winter, 2x per month in the summer for ritual cleansing, after an exfoliating shower, session duration 45 minutes, at top temp of 80f.
Placed on a yoga matt & didn’t notice laying on the stones. I like the stones.
550Watt, so uses 0.55 Kwh (much more economical than a full infared sauna installation)
Makes the skin breathe, tingle & glow, sweat cleans out the pores, feels wonderful.
Eased age related personal aches & stiffness in joints. Especially during colder months.
Heat bag adequate size with a fit up to chin. The weight of fabric & interior around foot area is a little awkward in its lateral envelope design, with heavy gauge fabric resting on toes.
Appears very sturdy construction, material & seams appear strong. No noticeable wear after a year of personal use.
Using clothing & towelling helps minimise any clean up after a sweat. Towel around neck helps seal the opening & prevent heat escaping from the top.

This is a relatively large & weighty item best arranged on an accessible surface. Be mindful while deploying. I set mine out on wooden floor making it easy to spin around & unfold, placing a thin profile gel-mat underneath to avoid pressure on & from the healing stone discs. This allows the more comfort on the jade discs, still providing a firm & level surface to allow spine stretch while relaxing & breathing. Haven’t used it on a bed.

The potential weak part of the design seems the electrical serial plug connector, although mine is still functional, without cracks, after the year. Bakerlite is a type of material useful in electric fittings, however it can be brittle. There is a bakerlite-type plastic, male-female electrical connector sewn & clamped-in, located on the underside at the foot of the unit. I have removed this after every session with great care, thus far no issues.

This connector attaches the Heat Healer blanket to its controller, & then to the electrical supply, which appears a potentially weak point of the design due to the it’s fasteners, a pair of clip-latches that don’t appear to disengage fully even with a tight pressure grip. These clip-latches seem to be a softer plastic, which deforms when exerting the pressure require to push them together for catch-release prior to separating the plug. The plug is therefore very difficult to disengage & I had to use a small flat electrical screw driver to prize it VERY VERY carefully apart (having unplugged & isolated the supply for safety). I recall a previous reviewer mentioning she was unable to remove the plug after its first fitting & therefore unable to release & fold the unit adequately to return to its provided carrier bag. I would suggest getting a large kit bag & avoid frequent connection & disconnection as this might save you grief. Bakerlite-type plastic is notoriously brittle & easily chipped or snapped. How hard to replace the female part if broken, is not clear. Difficult I’d guess. However after the year of use the tightness has eased a little.

A useful product for core temp & peripheral warmth recovery. Winter motorcyclists & sports people will love this, very immersive experience. Sweating it out for 45 minutes after a shower, then rising off in cool water before drying off left me objectively with a glowing skin, & subjectively with a feeling of radiance & contentment.

I have researched sauna blankets for a while. I have originally ordered a different brand, but it didn’t work properly so I returned that. Came across heathealer and it ticked all the boxes, with no EMF and also stones inside. I wasn’t disappointed and it lives up my expectations. I used it for relaxation and help with my Insomnia. After one year of usage, I am still really happy with it and definitely make the right decision. Customer service is also great.

Brilliant Product, absolutely love my Heat Healer, use it couple times a week followed by a cold shower and honestly makes me feel so good!

Amazing product - I got my Heat Healer about 6 moths ago and I couldn't be happier!
With the current and ongoing lockdown in Sydney it has been a blessing to be able to enjoy the physical benefits of the infrared sauna at home as well as the mental health benefits I have experienced from having an hour to myself listening to podcasts or audiobooks. This has been a game changer for me and I couldn't recommend more highly.
I use it 2-3 times a week and usually have a 2min cold shower afterwards to really get the hot/cold therapy working, it helps me recovery faster post workout and seems to help reduce muscle soreness after heavy weight sessions.
