Gemma is amazing and the box is perfectly curated. Subscribe.
Gemma goes the extra mile for her subscribers-- which speaks volumes of her character. The box is a wonderful treat. Shipping costs are a lot to the states (but that is not their fault) The goodies align with the price of the box. My dreams will come true when i get a unicorn themed box-- with maybe Julia childs painting on the glass!

Mussel Bowl
The item I purchase, the mussel bowl, has a crack in it. I"m not sure if it was damaged in shipping or was sent that way. Too bad, it's a nice piece.

Heartbox Scotland feels like home
Heartbox Scotland gives me a small and sometimes big taste and sense of what it is to be in Scotland. It is the land of my people. It has solidified my goal to travel there.

They do it all!
Everyone at Heartbox has been quick to respond and to accommodate my questions and requests. The boxes themselves are a joy to open and are full of wonderful tidbits of Scotland. I will continue to use Heartbox in future gifting.

Missing items
I’ve ordered add-ons before, especially the Julia Childs pieces. I did not receive the autumn add-ons I ordered, and last year I never received an add on necklace. And another time, when they offered extra items, I ordered whiskey lip balm, and got whiskey soap instead. These things are expensive, and all I’ve gotten is a “We’re looking into it”. I’m done risking my hard earned money on things I may or may not receive. Do better!

Hi Jennifer, we are a little behind in responding to our trustpilot comments but we did reach our to you on email when you posted as we don't seem to have any emails from you on your missing items. It doesn't look like we have heard back yet. I will try and reach out to you again to understand what's went wrong, as this isn't the experience we want you to have.
Warm wishes.

Hi Mackenzie
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we really appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear that you found the website confusing and that the box didn’t feel like good value for you. That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. We’re always working on improving both our website and the overall Heartbox experience, so your comments are genuinely helpful.
Each of our boxes is carefully curated with products sourced from small Scottish makers, and we aim to balance quality, storytelling, and a sense of connection to Scotland in every delivery. That said, we completely understand that value can feel different for everyone.
If you’d be open to it, we’d love to hear a bit more about your experience so we can learn from it, feel free to reach out to us directly at Support@heartboxscotland.com
Thank you again for your feedback,
Gemma & the Heartbox Team

A gift from Scotland always reminds me where my ancestors came from
Every item that was sent were a treasure to behold…I have so many wonderful items that remind me of Scotland. They are all well crafted and it is always great joy when i open each package each month.
When I have had a problem I always get a quick reply.
Only criticism is I had a card compromised, not by this company. I wish they had let me know they were having trouble..I miss 2 boxes I was really looking forward to getting. The blame is mine but a reminder my card was refused would have reminded me to change the card.
Best gifts from Scotland
