The website is notorious for its strict automated spam filters and heavily enforced community guidelines. Posts are rejected for no reason, hidden, or deleted at the whim of the overly controlling administrator. Also, many posts are actual hearing aid dealers who use fake I.D. names to pump their aids. It's rather sad when a website is over-controlled and allows fake posters to push their products - to the non-benefit of the public.

I've never had a disappointing experience with Hearing Tracker. I get my orders on time, and the condition of the batteries is excellent, and at a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more.

I Can Hear Again!
The order was filled promptly and was received quickly. I was walking around with a hearing aid that wasn't working properly because it needed a cleaning and I ran out of the Prowax inserts that you sell. As soon as they arrived I changed out the old and installed the new and I could hear again out of that ear. What a blessing. I learned my lesson-- to reorder when my supplies are low. Thanks again.

Will get it corrected, but for the record, we go above and beyond to provide reliable information to consumers by having pages fact checked. That said there are bound to be occasional small errors, and we can merely update them when they are reported. Shipment issue:
My order was shipped the next day after I ordered, however it was shipped to a completely different address. I contacted Hearing Tracker by email, and they sent out another shipment and it was delivered within a day after I was notified that it had been shipped. Excellent & quick service. This was the 4th or 5th order I have placed, and this shipment was the 1st time there was an issue with the shipment. I am so thankful that I can order my hearing aid batteries as well as for my friends. Thank you is an understatement.
