What a waste of time
What a waste of time, the company is advertising stock they don't physically have ? , also they sell express delivery that could not possibly be used , what a rip off , honestly if you don't want hassle go somewhere else, just for clearly and fairness , they said I would receive a refund but not straight away it would take a couple of days? Don't know why my payment went straight away , while see what happens.

After placing your order with express delivery, you contacted us to ask when it would be dispatched. We apologised and explained that we were experiencing an unexpected delay in receiving stock from the manufacturer, Signia.
We offered you the option of waiting for the item, with a refund of your express delivery charge, or cancelling your order for a full refund. As the stock had still not arrived the following day, we contacted you again to provide an update and asked whether you wished to continue waiting. When you advised that you no longer wanted to wait, we processed your refund immediately.
At the time of processing your refund, we explained that while refunds are issued by us immediately, the time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account is determined by your bank or card provider. This typically takes a few working days and is unfortunately outside of our control.
We completely understand your disappointment and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. While delays from manufacturers are beyond our control, we always strive to keep our customers informed and provide the option to cancel if they prefer not to wait. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to do our best to provide the highest level of service possible.

There was an issue with the connector…
There was an issue with the connector on the receiver wire. There was a lack of clarity in the type of connector when I ordered it and they refused to allow a return and I got no refund.

The receiver supplied was exactly the item that was ordered. On the product page, we clearly state that these receivers are only compatible with Widex Moment (Rechargeable) and the new Widex Allure hearing aids. We also provide a link to the alternative receiver type for customers who have different hearing aid models.
As hearing aid receivers are medical-use items, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened and the product has been handled. This policy is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and is in place for health and hygiene reasons, as opened receivers cannot be resold to another customer. We trust you would understand that most customers would not want to receive a hearing aid receiver that had already been opened and handled by a previous customer.
We understand there was some confusion regarding compatibility, which is why we encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they are unsure which receiver they require. We are always happy to check compatibility and help ensure the correct item is ordered.
While we appreciate that this situation is frustrating, we do not feel that a 1-star review fairly reflects the service provided. We supplied the exact item ordered, provided clear compatibility information on the product page, and applied our published return policy consistently.

Excellent no fuss and fast service.
First time using and won’t be the last. Mom managed to break the received on her hearing aid which is an older model and I struggled to find a replacement. Hearing aid accessories had it in stock and delivered the next day. Quote from a well known high street hearing aid company was 3 times more expensive and would be a two week wait! It took me two minutes to fit using a sim ejector pin and saved me almost £50

Really happy with my Phonak Charging Case Combi 2. Working perfectly - much more reliable than the two Mini Chargers I had before and which I believe have now been discontinued. Prompt delivery and well packed. And thank you for all the help and good advice. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service and great products
Wonderful service and great products. I’ve ordered a couple of times and always been pleased.
This time however it appears that my package was intercepted by some hungry rodents at Royal Mail who had eaten chunks of the Jiffy bag and the contents!
Charlie took on my case and dealt with the claim with Royal Mail. I received replacements very quickly, 10/10.

Great Experience, fantastic product
Quick chat with online expert confirmed the correct product, it arrived quickly. Very simple to set up, less than 5 minutes and I was streaming TV audio to my hearing aids and the family could listen without the TV needing to be loud. Great product, would buy again, would recommend to friends

replacement tubing
I ordered some replacement hearing aid tubing having waited over two months for NHS with no response. order was dealt with quickly and I received within three days. the tubes were inexpensive and I found them easy to fit. 10/10 for quality, price and service.

First class service and solutions
I was looking for a solution to combine my digital hearing aids with a TV solution. Lauren Mason at hearingaidaccessories helped me find a solution with their TV Connector offering. She also assisted with me get the VAT back on the product, as I qualify being a diabetic. She was very friendly and very helpful. The product arrived by courier as promised as was very easy to install and works perfectly. My whole experience with Hearingaidaccessories was superb and I highly recommend them. My order never arrived
My order never arrived, also no email to confirm order or explaining where my order is. Will never order from here again!!!

Very good delivery service
Very good delivery service, the product was good quality unfortunately could not pair my hearing aids to the device contacted chatline they were very good. Returned and refunded immediately. Will use the company for other products again

Receiver to uncomfortable to use until modified
The receiver for Phonak hearing aid arrived OK and was obviously cheaper than genuine OE unit from Boots but the little plastic tail that holds it in place in the ear was shorter and stiffer than the original and most uncomfortable the only solution was to remove the one from my old receiver and use that.

Hi Tony, thank you for your review. To help put you at ease I can assure you our stock is genuine and supplied directly to our business from Phonak (Sonova UK), just the same as Boots hearing. I understand your new retention tail is stiffer than your old tail, this is because the tail is new. The tails flex to your ear shape and thus is stiff to begin with, and then softens over time.
