Poor still charge me full price when I didn’t need any treatment in and out in 3 minutes
My hearing aid tube was broken

Was locked out and turned away from hearbase in Deal because I'm exempt from wearing a mask. It was purely an enquiry and the young lady is sat enclosed totally behind a screen which she had to emerge from to unlock the door. Not wearing a mask may I add. Poor service and attitude. Needless to say went elsewhere. I'm a retail manager observing covid restrictions but this will lose you business.
Ps. No problem, Specsavers we're more than helpful in providing me with replacement hearing aid batteries as mine had run out. Thanks for your reply.

I truly did have an exceptional service offered to me. My treatment was adopted with integrity and professionalism. I was heard and felt important, even though as something as minor like an ear wax removal, I was attentively cared for and prioritised. Among the chaos of the pandemic, nothing deterred the professionals in this clinic from acting dutifully to their clients. If anyone needs an ear wax removal, then this is the place for you.

Ana came today and did an excellent job at fitting my new hearing aid . She spent a long time patiently explaining how to use and maintain it . There was an instant improvement in my hearing and I am delighted with both the aid and her service.

Anna was amazing so polite and gentle with my ear felt at ease the whole time she was talking to me through the process. It didn’t hurt at all. Sarah was so polite and welcoming on the front desk.

Professional and painless. Helpful and courteous staff. Even when one ear proved to be problematic, I was booked in at another branch, at no extra cost, and the issue resolved.

Ms Daniela Monteiro was simply amazing. She made me feel very at ease and explained the results of my exam in a was that was easy to understand but also full of information. She also made me realize there are some aspect of my lifestyle that I should improve on, if i am to have a healthier hearing capacity in the future.

I had a very efficient & professional hearing test appointment this week in the Folkestone branch of Hearbase.
The consultant was pleasant and professional. She was able to explain all aspects of the test clearly and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the actual testing. She also offered me further assistance for tinnitus, and I was contacted by a consultant within a few days.
I felt very confident about the results of my test, and know my hearing loss will now be monitored on regular basis.
All safety procedures for Covid 19 were followed scrupulously and I felt very safe.

Excellent experience throughout... very constructive initial telephone consultation with many links to research and verbal advice. Hearing test was carried out face to face... very efficient from start to finish... excellent cleaning and ppe observed from start to finish. Very knowledgeable discussion post test outlining the results. Left feeling very reassured.

A very professional system which was well managed from start to finish. In the current Covid 19 situation, I felt very safe and all the appropriate Covid secure controls were in place. Initial meeting had to be stopped and rearranged as I needed further wax clearing. All rearranged quickly and completed.
The Audiologist explained everything very well before, during and after the testing. Made me feel at ease during the whole process and was very professional.

My elderly mother went to have ear wax removed. My mother treated with respect and the procedure was quick and painless. Treated by Ana who we'd met at the NHS clinic and her advice was very helpful

The service was excellent from walking through door. I found the receptionist very nice and the service very professional. You could see what was going on. I fully recommend them
