Beginner's Viewpoint
As a beginner, I have been overwhelmed with trying to watch the replay videos to catch up. I would like to see a beginners class that is truly for beginners. Students who have taken the class before many times bring in subject matter that is beyond a beginners understanding and it causes much frustration. I would prefer to be brought in on Day 1 of the series. Also, it is annoying when the previous class frequently runs over, especially when it is an evening class. It makes us late for the following practice session. Instructors need to be more diligent about beginning and ending their classes on time.

As you know, our coaching program runs in 12-week cycles, and we’ve just completed a break week. This upcoming week, both the Beginner and Progressive classes with two of our coaches will restart from Day 1, giving you a fresh beginning and a chance to build from the ground up. Since mastery in music often requires multiple repetitions, we encourage students to go through more than one cycle—many of our confident beginners today once felt the same way, but by repeating, they grew stronger each time.
We also hear your point about experienced beginner students jumping ahead. We’ve discussed reinforcing times where first-timers can answer and engage without interruption. Regarding timing, you’re absolutely right—while instructors may extend lessons out of passion and a desire to be thorough, we understand how important it is to respect the schedule and avoid delays for following sessions.
We’re grateful for your input and excited to hear your thoughts after this new cycle. Thank you for being part of our coaching community.

The Program & Coaching team is awesome! I am in the loop with all the different classes and practice groups that are offered each week. The team keeps me informed of everything going on daily. I love the Replay lessons! I am able to go back and review what has been taught.

Hear and play is very helpful
Hear and play is very helpful, I'm learning as a beginner, the fundamentals are really helping in learning to make chords, chords inversions, Major and Minor chords, I'm not finished yet still a lot more to learn.

The Coaches genuinely care about the…
The Coaches genuinely care about the students and how they are progressing learning the different concepts. They are reachable if the students need additional assistance. Also, practice sessions are available to assist in the learning process. Most importantly Replay sessions are made possible for the review of all lessons. You are encouraged by the staff to keep on giving it your best.

The 100 is filling in my theory gaps
So far so good. The course was delivered as promised and I dug right in. I've been playing in church settings for over 30 years and I studied classical piano as a child. Each lesson is filling in the gaps for me and teaching me things I didn't know. Looking forward to finishing the 100.
